Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Ritten

Great apartment for a stay in Bolzano. It had everything we needed for a 3 day stay. The host was very helpful with communicating prior to checking in. A bit of a walk to the centre but not too far down the river.

Giulios place offered such a peaceful and restoring getaway in the Dolomites. Provided amenities such as the washer/dryer, jacuzzi bath, and full kitchen made such a difference after a long day of hiking. Giulio was always available for communication and made sure we were well taken care of. Great affordable stay to be surrounded by the beautiful Italian mountains!

It was a beautiful surprise, a very modern apartment with all the comforts, the four of us slept there also taking advantage of the sofa bed (very comfortable). Underfloor heating with a very modern ventilation system, the living room has a window with a beautiful mountain view and a huge smart TV, the bathroom has a fantastic walk-in shower, the kitchen was impeccable with all the necessary tools, and Alois proved to be a really helpful and timely host. We will definitely be back.

We loved Ciasa Aidin- the apartment is beautiful, clean, comfortable and a great location that was easy walking to the slopes. The views are spectacular! Petra was so helpful and always responded quickly to any question we had. The beds are comfortable and loved the down quilt. We plan on coming back. My husband is an architect and h loved the place.

Top place , top view , top host ,the view was stunning the place felt like home and looked new and stylish and the host & family was super friendly this is by far the best Airbnb I’ve ever booked , i highly recommend to any traveler .

Roberta is an exceptional host. The apartment was spotless, modern, and beautifully designed with everything we needed. From the free bikes to the thoughtful touches throughout, everything was perfect. She was always available, kind, and made us feel completely at home. We have stayed at a lot of air bnb’s and the most noteable thing that put Robert’s place ahead of the rest, besides the amazing view and beautiful property, was how welcoming and generous he was. In addition to great recommendations, he went the extra mile to greet us with a thoughtful basket of goodies upon arrival. The property was also impeccably stocked with everything you could possibly need from first aid kits, fully stocked kitchen, and extra toiletries making our stay comfortable and stress free. It is clear the host put a lot of care into creating a great experience for his guests. We highly recommend staying here and would love to come back!

We had a few questions about locating the house but with the photo we did locate the unit and followed the instructions to get in. For some reason we had a question about getting the key out of the door but thanks to the responsiveness of Elena and Giulio we were inside and ready to enjoy our time there. There are no restaurants within walking distance but plenty of wonderful eateries close by. The accommodations are just as described and the host is ready to help if needed. Would stay again and hopefully you find this review helpful

We were there for hiking, mountain biking and, of course, exploring the city. It was awesome! The area is great for it and you can enjoy the beautiful big house and garden! We had 2 small Chihuahuas with us and it worked great. Shopping and a bar as well as a very good pizzeria are within walking distance. Otherwise, you should take the car and drive into the city. There is ample parking. We were also able to reach some lakes and attractions. It was worth it! We were on the road a lot, but we also enjoyed and appreciated the generosity of the house and host. Our stay in Sarnonico is unparalleled: The apartment leaves nothing to be desired. Beautifully located and so lovingly and richly equipped that you feel more than comfortable and welcome from the start. Everything has been thought of that you might need as a guest, very clean and very cozy - the farewell was not easy for us! The garden, with its varied design and beautiful corners for relaxing, invites you to explore, and the natural bathing pond is another highlight! In addition, the selection of delicious herbs, salads and vegetables is fantastic - thank you very much for letting us help ourselves so much! This positive impression is rounded off by the host: Helmuth is very helpful and courteous, generous and has very good tips, happy to help with the restaurant choice, knows beautiful (hiking) paths and, and, and ... We had fantastic days at Chalet Rich with Alex and Ilaria. All was absolutely perfect. Even the weather in early May. The panoramic view is absolutely stunning. From the hot tub just amazing. We also really liked the harmonious and loving furnishings in the holiday home. We enjoyed the tranquility up there. And the mega pizza with Alex Bruder at the restaurant around the corner. It's a real gem.

Perfect tennis holiday!

The most amazing place we have ever stayed, we cannot recommend Felix and Sabine's place anymore. We stayed here for a few days as we did different hikes in the Dolomites and was a perfect base. Within walking distance of bars and restaurants in Brixen. The house (and hottub) is fantastic, the kitchen was fully stocked and we felt like we were at home. We will be back!

An absolutely perfect apartment to stay at for our ski holiday. A short drive away from all the major resorts in Val di Fassa/Dolomiti Supreski and 200m from the ski bus stop. The apartment itself was in very good order with ample room to sleep 6 people, a very well stocked kitchen and two pristine bathrooms with drying racks for boots and gloves. Simone himself was delightful and always responsive to any questions we had, regarding any restaurant suggestions, questions about the area in general, or discussing how to organize the checkout procedure. All in all a very nice apartment with a great host. Will definitely be booking it again for our next trip to the Val di Fassa region

Ornella's place is original and filled with lots of lovely details. It is very tastefully decorated. For us as architects and designers, a welcome gem for an extended coffee break.

Wonderful stay in Bressanone! Friedrich was very kind, he came to pick us up at the station and welcomed us with great helpfulness. The apartment is very central, modern, very clean and with a breathtaking view of the river, mountains and historic center. Perfectly accessible even for people with disabilities: no steps, you can comfortably reach the 5th floor with the elevator. We suggest providing a map to help guests navigate the complex (it's a bit labyrinthine at first) and perhaps adding a toaster, which is useful for many tourists. During an exceptional heat wave, we noticed the absence of air conditioning, contrary to what was indicated: there is only a ventilation system that does not keep the temperature stable. Minor details: otherwise, everything is great. Highly recommended!

We stayed at Liliana's house for a weekend away. In the apartment we found everything we needed and everything was clean. Liliana was very helpful (she allowed us to check in early) and kind, also giving us practical tips for visiting Molveno and its surroundings.

Laura was a very responsive host, proactively communicating and sharing tips for our travel and check-in. The apartment was super super clean and well equipped for a longer stay. We also worked from the apartment which was easy thanks to the spacious kitchen and dedicated workspace in one of the bedrooms. The instructions on where to park were very detailed and it was extremely helpful to have a cold parking spot in the garage. 10/10 would visit again! 😊

The apartment is beautiful! Waking up in the morning looking at the mountains and the valley in absolute silence is fantastic. A great way to get out of town. Erich is also very nice and available to give the necessary directions to get around.

This beautiful gem in Merano is beyond wonderful - we couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more! Veronika and Jakob met us to help us find the parking area and give us the keys - and then Jakob helped us into the apartment and he was incredibly kind - he gave us incredible recommendations we would certainly not have found by ourselves. The space is so lovely and relaxing, even more gorgeous than the pictures - beautiful light through windows, classy antiques, and just very nicely curated space. The kitchen has everything you need, bed was quite comfortable and the sunrooms (yes two!) are delightful for reading. Everything is sparkling clean and comfortable. The location is amazing, it’s so quiet yet you can walk directly into the heart of town in minutes or meander around what is a lovely charming neighborhood. Close grocery, walkable to the base of hiking trails, restaurants and shopping in most directions. Absolutely lovely! ✨

The accommodation is really good, great value for money, and the host is very considerate.We are all very satisfied!
