Holiday rentals with a patio in Riva di Solto

We had a nice time on site, the accommodation was more than we expected, you had everything you need and within a few minutes you can walk very well to the first restaurants/cafés. Otherwise, you can also drive very quickly to Iseo or Sulzano and from Sulzano there is a ferry directly to the island in the lake! The accommodation was very clean, the only negative was perhaps the metal ladder and the low ceiling to/at the sleeping area, as this felt a little unpleasant to us personally on the feet, as very hard and small rungs. Otherwise, communication with Alessandro was very fast and smooth and on site there is a nice gentleman who can also help you if you have any questions/problems. We would definitely recommend the place!! Thank you for having us!

My partner and I had an amazing time and throughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment is situated in a well connected area of Brescia with plenty to do and if we were struggling we had the host’s information booklet to help us. The flat was spacious, with its own amazing private outdoor courtyard, which was quiet and intimate, we loved the design and art pieces within the apartment. It was also highly clean and had personalised touches which we greatly appreciated. The hosts were informative and responsive and had so many recommendations for delicious local food which was great. I can say we had a fantastic experience and highly recommend this apartment. Thanks again.

Laura was an impeccable host. Even before we arrived, he sent us the photographic directions to reach the house. She was available to meet our needs and requests, even the most trivial ones, such as providing us with wood to light the fireplace. Spacious and functional house with a terrace overlooking the valley. Quiet and cool area for those seeking peace and contact with nature.

A lovely apartment with a brilliant location. Comfy bed, great shower, lots of space for two and immaculately clean. Communication with Kinga was first rate and the directions for accessing the apartment were very good indeed. Would heartily recommend.

The house where we stayed has great conditions, it is super complete, in a quiet place. Mattia was always super kind, he responded super quickly to all our questions. We had 2 babies, he left 2 high chairs and 2 cribs for us. He gave us recommendations for pastries and restaurants. we were late and arrived super late to check in, and he didn't put up any problems. always very friendly. We recommend the house to everyone, as well as the host :) Thank you for everything, Mattia!

top notch apartment very very clean perfect equipment and quality kitchen tv lounge and bedroom with very good bedding the bathroom is also very clean and equipped regarding the very quiet environment in the heart of the mountains great location for hikes not to mention the proximity to the lake of iseo and the lake of endine smaller but more wild as well as the towns of Brescia and shepherd a little further but not too far really at the top, I recommend it. thank you to our hosts for hosting

Very pretty view and enjoyable stay!

What an amazing stay! Everything was so perfect, the property is beautiful and being right on the water is so nice! The walk to the ferry is less than 10 minutes and the ferries are super easy to figure out! We absolutely loved it and would stay again!

Beautiful location! Brand new independent apartment, equipped with every comfort, with a spacious terrace and a spectacular view, a pool available with a super equipped area. Responsive and super friendly host!

First of all: you can't find a better host than Roberto on Airbnb. Very helpful, always available, gives an excellent explanation about the ins and outs of the house and is excellent in his hospitality. He met us at the bottom of the mountain to escort us to the house. There was an extensive range of breakfast items, cookies, etc. We were allowed to use herbs and fruit from the garden. Moreover, he surprised us one evening with delicious pizza. The house and garden are really perfect. Authentic, romantic, well-equipped and very stylish in design. Several terraces and a romantically lit garden in the evening. And a magnificent view! It is a challenge to get to the house. Steep narrow mountain road. But when you have arrived 'completely', a great surprise awaits you. In summary: we have enjoyed and we already miss Roberto's place!

We had a very nice week at Silvia's in Capo di Ponte. The accommodation is an excellent option for two people with a child and a dog. Communication with Silvia was very good. In capo di Ponte there is not much going on, in the vicinity there are many possibilities to do something. We liked it very much, the peace was good. Thank you again!

More beautiful than in the photos, bright and large spaces. Very well-kept gardens, one of the most beautiful experiences ever made on aribnb especially because of the host and the house. Anna has put a lot of heart into preparing the venue. The children's corner- wonderful! Cookies, nutella, jam, honey, coffee, tea.... Spices, olive oil, balsamic vinegar.... Dishwasher, washing machine (washing liquid is there too).... Napkins, paper towel, cups, glasses, glasses, pots.... All this makes Anna has created your home in Brescia for you. I would also add that you live in the old town next to the Roman ruins. Brescia itself as well as this flat invites you to come back - and that's what we intend to do :)

friendly hosts always made sure we had any information needed and made us feel very welcome made sure we knew about the festivities around the place and joined us for the festival that was going on around there. there's lots of shops around a pool and a massage place as well as coffee shops and restaurants. overall our stay could not have been any better.

Christina’s apartment was in a wonderful location at a key access point into Bergamo’s alta city. It was located in the centre of things whilst also able to be accessed by car with a little walk It was very spacious - you could easily live there👍 and Christina was very generous with facilities / products provided as well as special gifts on top👏🫶 Christina was extremely proactive and responsive in her communications - providing answers to anything we asked - and although not meeting us directly on checkin - which we normally prefer - provided everything we needed to know - including some great local restaurant recommendations Christina’s place (and Bergamo) is in the top 3 of all the places we stayed on our 2 month tour of france and italy and we would love to return to both in the future

The accommodation offered by Mariana is consistent with the listing. It is located in a quiet and pleasant residential area about 20 minutes from the center of Bergamo. We had no trouble parking in the adjacent streets. The apartment is very functional and very clean. Mariana is attentive to the well-being of these tenants. Accommodation to recommend 😁
