Holiday rentals with a patio in Riva

The view and place was very nice. Federica also helped us with our luggage which was very nice of her. She was always available when we had any questions.

Elena was amazing. She was very flexible and responsive regarding our arrival and very friendly as well. The BnB has very accessible private parking, and was right on the water with a beautiful view. The location was next to a train station as well if you wanted to visit the other towns in Como!

Amazing Airbnb in the centre of Como. Having alone 3 bedrooms and one living room is outstanding. Communication was perfect, quick response and clear. Can only recommend this place - we were only there for one night because we were on a bike trip. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Vanessa.... deine tadellosen Informationen und deine wertvollen Ratschläge haben unseren Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht und uns ermöglicht, das Beste von Argegno und seiner Umgebung zu entdecken. Emma.... dein herzlicher und persönlicher Empfang ließ uns sofort wie zu Hause fühlen. Deine Gastfreundschaft war außergewöhnlich! Die Stadt Argegno hat uns mit ihren freundlichen und gastfreundlichen Bewohnern und ihren köstlichen Restaurants und Bars verzaubert. Die Villa Emma ist ein wahres Schmuckstück: wir fühlten uns in die Zeit der eleganten Belle Époque zurückversetzt. Diese Villa ist ein Traum für alle, die Nostalgie und den Charme der Vergangenheit lieben. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Nice apartment in the beautiful Blevio region. Easy to access with a car and just a short walk away from a very high quality Momi restaurant on the shore!

Easily the best Air BnB experience I have ever had. Rosa Katherine is tremendously kind and a true super-host. My wife and I eloped in Bellagio during our time here and Rosa made sure we had all of the necessary accommodations. The place is peaceful and luxurious with breathtaking views better than the pictures. You will definitely want a vehicle - we rented a Vespa from Roberto at Varenna Vespa Rent. It was simple and allowed us to wisp in and out of all the little lake towns and ride into the mountains a bit. The bed is super comfortable and the AC worked great, we had very high temps one day and it kept up fantastically. On top of being an incredible host - Rosa Katherine was genuinely eager to make sure that we were always taken care of with a deep level of hospitality.

Everything about this airbnb rental was perfect - communication, cleanliness, the split a/c system that worked perfectly, the sweet touches and details around the place that shows love and care for the property, the outside private patio area surrounded by lush vegetation, full washer/dryer laundry amenities, and best of all, it's breathtaking view of Lake Como from the upstairs balcony! The prosecco and pasta that we generously gifted by you were delicious and very appreciated! Having a personal garage was a huge bonus, although the garage space and drive up to the apartment building were more suitable for smaller cars. We were sad to leave and hopefully we'll have a chance to come and enjoy the beautiful views some time again.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt auf dem wunderschönen Hof von Daniela und ihrer Familie. Das Appartement war sehr schön eingerichtet und alles war sehr sauber. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und haben die besondere Umgebung genossen. Der Hof wird liebevoll von der Familie bewirtschaftet. Unser kleiner Sohn hat die beiden Hunde geliebt und mit Begeisterung die Blaubeeren auf dem Feld gepflückt. Es war rundum perfekt und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Die Unterkunft war wahnsinnig gut! Besonders die Ausstattung war überdurchschnittlich gut. Das Haus entsprach rundum unseren Vorstellungen und den Bildern. Die Einfahrt zum Haus war wirklich sehr steil, sodass man gut aufpassen sollte, mit welchen Autos man anreist. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war hervorragend. Sehr freundliche und schnelle Rückmeldungen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Alberto était très accueillant et gentil. La maison propre avec la vue magnifique sur le lac et son jardin très beau et parfaitement entretenu! Le calme absolu! Alberto nous a offert une bouteille de prosseco, une bouteille d’eau et quelques amuse-bouche. Merci beaucoup ça nous a fait très plaisir! Le parking privé est un grand plus vu que pour trouver un parking c’est pratiquement impossible. La literie super confortable! Le seul bémol: la salle de bain très petite.

Monica und ihr Sohn haben uns herzlich empfangen und uns mit unseren viel zu vielen Koffern geholfen. Bei unserer Ankunft haben wir eine kleine Tarte mit unseren Namen auf dem Esstisch gefunden. Monica hat uns Sachen fürs Frühstück und auch was zum Abendessen da gelassen. Eine Minibar (gegen Geld) gab es auch. Die Unterkunft war super sauber. Wir konnten uns toll über die Terrassen und den Garten ausbreiten und die tolle Aussicht genießen. Würden definitiv wieder kommen!

Avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison pleine de charme de Noemi et Tommy . Bien que l'accès en voiture ne soit pas facile , une fois que vous êtes arrivés vous êtes récompensés par la vue époustouflante de toutes les fenêtres sur le lac et les montagnes !!! C'est assez magique !! Tout est pensé pour que chacun s'y sente bien , l'appartement est propre , joliment décoré l'endroit est calme , le village est accessible à pied . Bref tout était PARFAIT !! La communication avec Noemi a toujours été claire et agréable .

The view from Emanuele's place was spectacular, and the apartment itself was wonderful and well appointed! The hills, Lake Como, and the view overall were beautiful. If it was clear, you could see the Swiss Alps in the distance - breathtaking, just like the exciting drive up the switchback road from Como to Brunate ;-p Emanuele's home was very clean, spacious and comfortable. It looked as it appeared on the website. Emanuele was a wonderful host. He responded quickly to questions we had. We had a great time. One thing to consider: those with mobility needs may have trouble here, but only getting from the parking spot to the apartment (61 stairs!).

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gegend ist ruhig, Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür aber trotzdem kein Lärm von Busse etc. Wir hatten das Glück, direkt vor der Türe auf den weiß gekennzeichneten Parkplätzen zu parken (kostenlos). Es gibt ein paar Treppen bevor man in die Wohnung gelangt. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Sehr empfehlenswert

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The location was within easy walking distance of the train and ferry stations and the old town center. The view from the patio and living room was lovely. One day was rainy, but the covered parts of the patio and open doors from the living room made for relaxing lake and mountain views, even in the rain. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was handy for cooking a couple dinners, and the washing machine was small but convenient for a couple quick loads. Communication and check-in went smoothly. Highly recommended.

This was an absolutely stunning spot. Centrally located, amazing views, and reasonably priced. It looked exactly like the pictures! The apartment was great - had everything we needed and was really comfortable. The deck overlooking the mountains and Lake Lugano is spectacular. I recommend this 100%. If you are coming to Lake Lugano, this is a great spot. I miss it already!

Marissa & Antonello were wonderful hosts for us staying in Milan for 5 days. Proactive communication from booking and gave us detailed instructions to get to their apartment from the train station. They then showed us around the apartment and complex so we could get around easily. They were always on hand to give us further information about the city & the apartment and left us enough amenities to last us for the duration of our stay. The apartment itself was very clean and modern with a peaceful environment from other residents. Would 100% stay here again if I come back to Milan.

Property was absolutely immaculate and had everything we could possibly need. Teas and sweet treats were a lovely welcoming touch and after walking around Bergamo the first aid kit with plasters was very much appreciated! Great location for getting around and a lovely little base for our holiday. Would absolutely love to stay again.

We enjoyed every moment in Milchele’s apartment! Everything was as described, and Michele answered straight away if we were wondering about anything! We will definitely use him again for our next stay in beautiful Milan!

Die Kommunikation auch schon im Vorfeld war sehr freundlich und die Anreise war somit einfach und entspannt. Wir wurden, als wir ankamen, ganz herzlich in Empfang genommen. Die Wohnung ist toll und wir fühlten uns sofort sehr wohl. Es ist alles durchdacht und fehlt an Nichts. Das habe ich bisher selten erlebt. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder und ich kann diesen Ort zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

El lugar nos resultó súper cómodo muy moderno y con todo lo necesario para pasar una estadía impecable !!!! Sin duda volveríamos …….. Además destacó que Mateo estuvo siempre a disposición y su respuesta inmediata…… El barrio súper tranquilo y con accesos a la estación de tren Nosotros fuimos en auto y aparcábamos en la calle sin ningún problema Le doy un 10 y lo súper recomiendo !!!!!!

일단 너무 친절하게 환영해주셔서 감사합니다 숙소는 6명이 지내기에 불편함이 없었고 수건 등 비품도 잘 갖춰있었습니다 에어컨도 잘 작동하고 베란다에서 차를 마실 수 있는 여유도 있습니다 주차장도 발렛파킹이 되어있어 편하게 주차할 수 있었구요 위치가 완벽하여 두오모 갤러리아를 도보 10분안에 갈 수 있습니다 가격도 호텔에 비해 저렴 하다는 생각이 듭니다 4명 이상이라면 강추합니다
