Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Rivas-Vaciamadrid

Mohri is a very engaged and responsive host. Tatiana was most helpful in letting us in and showing us around the very clean and well equipped apartment. Small living room cum kitchen but adequate for our needs. Spacious bathroom with washing machine. Be careful with the shower head so water does not spill onto the floor. Centrally located! Near the La Latina metro, two grocery stores (Dia and Carrefour Express) and plenty of restaurants. It’s on a busy street but faces the back so no street noise. Plenty of taxis and Ubers. While it is three flights up, there is a small but convenient elevator/lift. Just a 10 minute walk to Plaza Mayor and another five minutes from there to Puerta del Sol. While in the area, stop at Chocolateria San Gines for chocolate and churros! Check Thyssen, Reina Sofia, and Prado museums for their free hours. For those over 65, Reina Sophia is free and Prado offers half price. Enjoy Madrid!

It is 750m away from Atoca Train Station and 500m away from the nearest subway station, so transportation is convenient. It is located on the 1st floor, so there is no need to take an elevator, and security is good. Facilities such as washing machines and dryers are well-equipped and clean. The surrounding area is relatively safe even when walking at night.

The apartment is inviting, modern and clean, there is a feeling that everything was thought of and nothing is missing. The host Liss is charming, available and answers any question within a short period of time. She greeted us in the apartment, explained and showed us everything when we arrived despite the late hour. She even let us leave the suitcases in the apartment until the evening. The location is great, the area is nice with lots of shops, cafes and restaurants and convenient public transportation (subway and buses) to anywhere in the city. The supermarket is in front of the house - very convenient for everything you need. I would definitely return to this apartment again on my next visit to Madrid!

The apartment is very nice, exactly as in the photos. It had everything we needed, and it was a nice touch that they left us some basic things to prepare our breakfast! The surroundings in some parts were not very nice but it is very well connected by transport! Thank you very much for everything!

Spacious apartment in a great location.

Very good host, the place is great, far from the center, so it's very quiet, good area, you could get everything and close to the Santa Eugenia station, which was very easy to get anywhere

we LOVED this Airbnb! It was in a great location, easy to access, and nice and clean! Our flight arrived later than originally expected and they were very accommodating. I have already recommended to a few friends and acquaintances. You will be pleasantly surprised!!!

Staying at Gustavo's house is paradise. He has thought of every little detail in this spacious and unique home he designed himself. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, all residential, but at the same time you are either only 2 minutes away from a taxi, or only 5 mins away from the bus, to get anywhere you want to go. Taxi ride from the house to the main attractions is 10 mins or less. It's the perfect blend of tranquility and city life, so easy to get anywhere, and a 10 minute walk gets you to Retiro Park and it's beautiful peacocks! Gustavo is so accommodating and thoughtful, he learned of some complications I had and made some very considerate gestures that most hosts would not even think of. The home is spacious and surrounded by beautiful gardens, perfect for morning coffee or evening wine. 3 full beds and 3 full baths, every amenity you can think of. We fell in love with Madrid and this house, and will definitely return.

The stay was incredible, upon arriving Violeta greeted us in an incredible way trying to help us in as much as possible, recommending where to go, what places to visit, what to do, etc. It was a different weekend that we would totally repeat without hesitation.

We really enjoyed our stay at Carmen's place. It was conveniently located near a variety of shops and restaurants, plus easily walkable to access public transportation. The space was clean and inviting, and Carmen was very responsive to any questions that we had.

A beautiful and comfortable home near Madrid

Perfect place to stay in Madrid. Central location in a vibrant part of the city yet astonishingly quiet in the apartment itself. There is an abundance of nearby bars and restaurants and Alvaro recommended a list of the best. He was prompt and helpful in responding to any questions and he and his family could not have been kinder. The apartment is wonderful, spacious, light and with a lovely terrace shared with the lovely neighbours. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Helena's apartment. It was exactly as described and if anything, was even more spacious than we anticipated!. We had a moment of confusion upon our arrival as we were not sure whether to chose the left or right hand buzzer for the apartment on the correct floor, although we ultimately made our way in successfully and without major issue. The bed was extremely comfortable and the natural light was also fantastic, on both sides of the flat. We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking to visit Madrid, and will stay here again when we return!

This was our second stay at Belén's home, so enough said: we love Casa de los Sueños! Everything was as expected. Excellent host, the space was wonderful for our small family. Lots of amenities for the little ones. We love the location. Thank you Belén!!

Lovely apartment in quiet spot just around the corner from all Madrid has to offer. Close to restaurants and bars and key sites. The apartment is comfortable with excellent air conditioning and good amenities. Nicely decorated.

Fantastic apartment with a beautiful pool! It's in a gorgeous spot close to lovely restaurants but in easy reach of Madrid! The apartment is even better than the photos and we were so warmly greeted it made us feel very cared for! We loved our trip and can highly recommend!

Wonderful flat! Comfortable with lovely view of the street. Plenty of bedding and kitchen supplies. Amazing location close to public transit, cabs, restaurants, cafes, and all tourism sites. Amazingly quiet given how close to the action. Stepping onto the street was suddenly private. There are markets nearby for food and essentials. The host was not only incredibly kind and timely, but even flexible with check in. Highly recommend and would love to return!

Spent a long weekend at Elena's place and it was very nice. The location is good, metro just outside the door, very close to city center. The apartment is very comfortable with everything you need, and a super comfy bed. There were amenities like coffee, olive oil, salt and so on, also shampoo and shower gel. Elena is very friendly and prompt to answer any questions. Ra was amazing at check in. Thank you both!

This is an accesible place. The apt has a washer, kitchen, blow dryer and a/c. It is a few blocks away from Plaza Mayor and many other tourist places. Definitely recommend this place.

Martin was absolutely fantastic! He did an early check in for us and went out of his way to make us feel right at home. He had shared a contact with us who gave us excellent suggestions and proactively did things to make us comfortable, especially with us having the baby. 10/10 and 100% recommended!
