Rated 3* for two people, the studio can accommodate 4 people. It has a furnished terrace on the south side overlooking an enclosed garden. Possibility to enter one or two cars. A bike shelter is accessible.

Ideal for family vacations, it is very well equipped with a ping pong table, barbecue and even a piano! On the ground floor: 3 beautiful bedrooms including one with a private bathroom and a children's bedroom upstairs! Shops and the market are a few minutes' walk away.

Very nice T1 of 31m2, fully renovated in June 2021, on the ground floor of a quiet residence, 300m from the centre and 300m from the beach. All comforts with large-screen TV, Canal+, fully-equipped kitchen, 160cm sofa bed with 18cm mattress, private south-facing courtyard of 15m2 with dining area, sun loungers, plants, etc. Bikes (not new but serviced) provided.

La Villa du Phare

Accommodation built in summer 2020, fully equipped, between Sainte Marie and La Noue, it is perfectly located. Easy to park, Carrefour Contact is only 200 m away for shopping, 10 minutes' walk to the beach. This is the perfect place for your short and long stays in Sainte Marie! I always provide bed sheets and towels. A key box is available for self check-in.

House on one level, bathed in light, 70m2 with a beautiful courtyard of 30m2. Located 3 minutes from the center of Ars and 5 minutes from Grignon Beach. This house includes 2 bedrooms including a large 14m2 master bedroom with large closets and a desk, a second with 2 single beds and also large closets.
