Mitten in Boschetto, einem denkmalgeschützten Weiler oberhalb von Cevio im Maggiatal liegt die Cà Lüina, ein historisches, geräumiges Rustico. Das dreihundertjährige Haus wurde 2021-2024 aufwändig restauriert mit dem Ziel, seinen Charakter zu bewahren. Beim Umbau mit lokalen Handwerksbetrieben wurde viel Wert auf die Verwendung natürlicher Materialien gelegt. Das Haus ist sehr hochwertig ausgestattet mit einer luxuriösen Küche, einem modernen Bad und einem tollen Garten.

The apartment is in a 1800s house that has been renovated over the years. This is a typical place with a wood-burning stove, the floors like the ceilings are made of wood. There is a staircase to access the bathroom. Independent entrance, garden with BBQ and pergola for grilling, the laundry room is shared with the other two apartments. Public transportation stops are a minute's walk away. Pets are welcome, you are required to notify the four foot friend when booking.

Berghütte Arnau, Canton Tessin Maggiatal

We rent our lovingly furnished mountain hut in the Maggiatal Valley, Canton of Ticino. Built in 1866, the Rustico was completely renovated in 2021 and is located on Mount Arnau, above the village of Giumaglio, at an altitude of 1000 m. The hut is only accessible on foot and requires a two-hour hike uphill. It offers everything for a cozy and relaxing stay. We look forward to your visit. This penthouse has a fantastic view as the windows overlook the lake, right in front of Villa Pliniana. The apartment is part of an old, renovated late 19th century villa. Ideal for relaxing, listening to the sound of the waves of the lake, which lap the house. It is located in the center of the typical village of Carate Urio, opposite the cafeteria, pharmacy, two grocery stores and the C10 and C20 bus stop. public parking is in front of the house entrance

Casa Cincilla above Lake Maggiore

My apartment belongs to Ronco and has a magnificent view over Lake Maggiore. Distance to the village of Ronco: 10 minutes on foot. The "Cimitero" (cemetery) bus stop is 50 meters from the entrance. Ronco (353 m above sea level) has 700 inhabitants and 4 restaurants. Distance to Ascona: 15 minutes by car. The apartment was completed in 2016. It is small (28 square meters) but nice (all new high-quality equipment). This apartment is a non-smoking apartment.
