Great for exploring the area too, with a private beach + many kid facilities Prices have risen as my cleaning costs have increased to inc laundry. I also need to cover increased site fees/my van is one of the most expensive pitches.

The 4 acres of grounds include 2 fishing ponds, outdoor pool (summer only), games room and lots of space to stroll or kick a ball about. The cottage itself has 6 bedrooms and sleeps 12. It has a spacious lounge with log burner, conservatory, patio with BBQ & private hot tub(extra cost). There is a large kitchen dining room with range cooker & oak dining table seating 12. Our private fishing ponds are just seconds away.

Ashwell Cottage is located in the grounds of our home, Ashwell House at the end of a country lane in the heart of the peaceful and tranquil Devon countryside. The Cottage was completely renovated in 2019. It has its own cottage garden, which in turn is set in the substantial grounds of Ashwell House. French doors open out onto a patio area with an outdoor dining space. The loudest noise you are likely to hear is the occasional passing tractor, and our own normally well behaved dog.

Ideally located for the Devon cycling mecca, the Granite Way, which is at the end of the road. A number of pubs, shops and restaurants are a short walk away. Dartmoor itself is also accessible by foot or a few minutes in the car. The sandy beaches of North Devon are a 40 minute drive away if you fancy a surf!
