A beautifully restored detached barn in the small village of Burland, just a short drive from the historic market town of Nantwich. The cottage is easily accessed from the main road yet at the rear looks out onto fields and is a quirky, comfortable, fully equipped barn conversion, perfect for family get-togethers. Dogs welcome too with an enclosed garden and 8-acre private field adjacent. (NB. small pet charge) Electric car Charging point with app for usage so you’ll just pay for what you use.

Luxury barn conversion attached to our house. Situated close to the A494 for easy access to Snowdonia National Park but set in an acre of gardens surrounded by open countryside . There is a hot tub and outdoor shower with an outdoor kitchen, BBQ, fire pit and pellet pizza oven. Underfloor heating throughout. Bedrooms have smart tv and 4g WiFi. The Barn at Lees Farm is Nestled in the centre of the UNESCO World Heritage Site - The Ironbridge Gorge. This rural retreat offers annex accommodation attached to a the barn dating from 1830. Fantastic position for Geo-caching, Walking, Mountain Biking and Canoeing. Ironbridge is a 35 minute walk away and there are pubs close by but I would suggest Summer walking distance or a lunchtime visit if walking. It is very peaceful and relaxing. The area has stunning walking, terrific pubs & canoeing on the Severn. Our gorgeous barn between Loppington & Burlton with own driveway. Upstairs are 2 beautiful bedrooms & a lovely bathroom. Downstairs is a small sitting room (TV/DVD) & a bright, well-equipped kitchen opening onto a stunning little private garden with far-reaching views.
