Tiny Barn

The Tiny barn is in an area of outstanding natural beauty with numerous walks from the working dairy and sheep farm - it is just the ground floor and has a small double bed with access to one side, sofa bed, small shower room and kitchenette. It has a dedicated Airband satellite hub for WiFi and is generally very good. It’s a very old building right in the middle of our farm near the cow sheds so expect lots of cows, tractors, farm smells and farmers! Guests can park just outside the tiny barn

Luxury barn conversion attached to our house. Situated close to the A494 for easy access to Snowdonia National Park but set in an acre of gardens surrounded by open countryside . There is a hot tub and outdoor shower with an outdoor kitchen, BBQ, fire pit and pellet pizza oven. Underfloor heating throughout. Bedrooms have smart tv and 4g WiFi. The four poster room has en-suite shower room and the second bedroom (twin or super king) has access to bathroom with shower above. Thanks for looking .

Cosy Modern Annex nestled in the Ironbridge Gorge

The Barn at Lees Farm is Nestled in the centre of the UNESCO World Heritage Site - The Ironbridge Gorge. This rural retreat offers annex accommodation attached to a the barn dating from 1830. Fantastic position for Geo-caching, Walking, Mountain Biking and Canoeing. Ironbridge is a 35 minute walk away and there are pubs close by but I would suggest Summer walking distance or a lunchtime visit if walking. It is very peaceful and relaxing. The barn was converted in 2016 to a luxury holiday let, decorated with modern and traditional touches. The barn is spacious and comfortable, with its own patio and shared use of the garden. The barn is next to our family home. We welcome families, business guests, walkers, couples and furry friends. The barn makes an ideal touring base for our local area, is within easy reach of great pubs and restaurants, theatres, market towns, plus the beaches/castles of Wales Coast/Snowdonia/Chester.
