Détendez-vous dans notre cottage au calme au coeur de la campagne ! Ici le maître mot est "tranquilité". Un petit havre de paix pour les voyageurs en solo, les couples, les voyageurs d'affaires ou les familles jusque 4 personnes. La fôret se trouve à quelques minutes de marche de la maison. Vous accéderez au centre-ville et ses commerces à quelques minutes en voiture. Nous avons mis tout notre coeur dans la rénovation de cette maison, et nous espérons que vous y passerez un bon séjour!

Le logement L'appartement est sur 2 étages avec 2 chambres en enfilade. Idéal pour un couple avec des enfants. L'accès se fait par un escalier extérieur menant à une terrasse surplombant le jardin privatif avec vue sur l'Église St Denis. L'appartement possède au 1er étage un séjour spacieux avec un coin repas attenant à la cuisine américaine, un salon équipé d'un poêle à bois, une salle de douche & des toilettes séparées. Un escalier intérieur dessert 2 chambres en enfilade à l'étage.

It has a large garden with jacuzzi, playground, and trampoline. The house is quiet, not overlooked. We welcome you for moments for families or groups of friends. It has 6 bedrooms, a sauna and cinema in the basement and a small indoor playroom for children.

Come and relax or just stop by our charming house located in Douchy in the Aisne. Warm, it will be perfect for a romantic weekend, a family vacation or a business trip. "La Petite Maison" will also seduce you with its environment: a large terrace offering a view of a vast wooded garden. Douchy is a small town of 150 inhabitants located between Saint Quentin (13km) and Ham (9km). Listing is Non Smoking
