Pet-friendly holiday rentals in River Somme

Lovely large living area downstairs. Plenty of space with private courtyard, large laundry and clothes line. Up stairs to bedrooms would be a challenge for those with mobility issues. Tall people would find the double beds a challenge. I am 180cm and just fitted ok. Close to WW1 Somme battle fields, parking out the front. All whst we needed, would definitely return.

Ben and Georgie have an amazing place in a great location! I would love to tell you all that we hated it in the hopes to gatekeep it for ourselves, however that would be unfair to Ben and Georgie who were absolutely fantastic hosts. The barn has been brilliantly converted, with four great bedrooms and everything you’d need to enjoy and relax. The outdoor space was the highlight for us. Definitely worth going for the spa facilities, the jacuzzi was great and the sauna was far better than we expected. Thanks again to Ben and Georgie! We’ll definitely be visiting again!

Clean, inviting and well decorated home. Located in a peaceful little village where there is a very good restaurant. We were cold and needed to turn on the heaters, Amandine told us how to do it very quickly and even offered to travel to help us. The hot tub in the living room is a real plus and allows you to enjoy it while enjoying your friends.

We had a good experience in this beautiful apartment, comfortable and easy to access.

Very nice 2-night stay in Emilie's cottage. Very friendly family. Very quiet place. Close to the County where we did the Hobbits trail.

Olivier, you have a beautiful property with amazing views across the beach. Your house is pleasantly decorated, very clean and well equipped with everything from kitchenware to bicycles. A real relaxing weekend, the accommodation is perfect for enjoying with family or friends. The game room and jacuzzi are just excellent, a very nice space, well thought out, to enjoy in privacy. The accommodation itself is very clean. The possibility of bringing our animals is a plus. Go there with your eyes closed, it's really a great place to stay, with more than confident and kind hosts. Thank you for this accommodation proposal that changes, and that allows you to spend a weekend different from the others. We didn't leave the accommodation so much as there was everything on site to enjoy, even a petanque court.

This place is amazing! such a beautiful location. We had a lovely time for our 4 days. The house is great, very tastefully decorated and lots of amenities. The pool was an excellent addition but unfortunately the weather wasn't as warm as we had hoped. Nevertheless we had a lovely relaxing time, playing boules, walking the vast grounds and enjoying the peace. We hope to visit again.

Perfect place for 2 people. facing the sea. close to the pool, useful in rainy weather. we had a peaceful stay in an atypical accommodation.

Frank was a super host nothing was to much trouble. Responded immediately to any questions. Extremely helpful and well deserved title of super host. House was lovely swimming pool superb well maintained at all times. Very peaceful. Lovely touches like baby bath potty travel cot. The property was large and spacious we were a group of 6 adults 2 small children and plenty big enough for us. Lovely out side furniture. Utility room was a real bonus. Lovey blinds on windows which kept the sun out during the day. Good parking we had 3 cars and fitted perfect. Not to far from supermarkets. We took our Labrador’s and they loved it. There a lovely big willow tree in the garden which became there favourite place in the sun. We would definitely return

We had such a lovely stay at this beautiful home. The garden and pool is really special and the house feels clean, modern and stylish. It’s really well stocked with plenty of essentials and extras. Stephane, Anais and Aurore were very responsive throughout and were flexible when our departure was a little delayed due to travelling with a newborn. We barely left the pool but the area has lots of great villages to explore. The local village vending machine with baguettes and croissants is great fun. Will definitely come back!

We had a great stay with 14 people, with a really nice space and a real bedroom for each couple. Everything about it was excellent Recommended + +++++ ++++++++ We'll be back 😉

Laon feel like its lost in the past - seat of Bishops and Kings now a little forgotten. Vivien's place is the perfect base to explore its peace and beauty. It 's comfortable and quirky loft with amazing views over the Picardie plains. Lots of space to relax, comfortable beds, very quiet.

The rental is incredible, Aubin is a great host, the apartment was beautiful, the view of the cathedral is superb. Perfect place to discover Amiens, I couldn't have asked for more!

Very nice accommodation in the city center. Beautiful decor. Small terrace that's very nice in good weather. Super equipped kitchen. You have to be sporty and a little contortionist to access the upper room, 😁 but it was indicated. great stay 👌🏻

The +: Very friendly welcome, responsive hosts, very charming and peaceful cottage, clean cottage, good bedding, good overall services for a real moment in the countryside. The cons: Even if it's not disturbing at all, there are 2 independent cottages on the same land and it should be mentioned in the description, some kitchen utensils to replace, some bad smells (fake septic I think) from time to time but nothing serious. I recommend this cottage for its charm and for the great welcome from Georgie and Ben.

Audrey is a very genuine and welcoming host. I was able to settle right in, all necessities were provided and the breakfast was definitely worth every penny! The peace and quiet as well as the beautiful surroundings of the tiny house were exactly what I was looking for.

Isabelle was very welcoming and gave clear instructions. Our host took the time to explain the different features of this place. The location is very peaceful and the very large garden contributes to the tranquility. Lots of kitchen equipment, a cozy living room and a new bathroom. The house is quite isolated, quiet, and that's what we're looking for when booking the cottage. No WiFi but not disturbing because it is not what is sought.
