Eco self contained cottage in a garden.

This mini 1 bedroom house was our trial run in building our main home using passive house principles. We are approx 1 km from the centre of Westbury in a rural location. (You may be lucky enough to sight some of our local wildlife during your stay! ) The cottage is suitable for a couple, however the extra single bed does enable some flexibility for guests.(i.e. if you wish to use both beds, please book for 3 people.) We provide a library of information about sustainability for guest perusal.

"Elddaw". A two bedroom workman's cottage built in 1970 backing onto the water. Shoal Bay just 20 meters from the door and Greens Beach just 10 minutes walk away along National Park Coastal track or along sealed road. One double bed in each room, two bathrooms laundry, kitchen with dishwasher, living room with TV, DVD, Wifi. Reverse cycle air-con in main area and electric oil heaters in each room.Tank water.
