The most idyllic riverside escape! Gooseland Cottage sits on the edge of the River Tavy, close to the village of Bere Ferrers, in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and close to Dartmoor National Park. Tides allowing, enjoy sailing, paddling, or swimming - within yards of your door. Or just soak up the view and read by the woodburner. A bird watching haven - egrets, swans, geese, avocets, osprey, European roller (2023) and this year ... a sea eagle! Masses of walking trails and cycling.

Treleigh is a beautiful eight acre farm set in the Tamar Valley, close to Dartmoor national park. The market town of Tavistock is a 15min drive away. The hamlet of Horsebridge, is approx. 1/2 mile away and boasts a classic, popular country pub, The Royal Inn, perfect for a spot of lunch or dinner. The newly renovated Cider Barn offers a perfect, secluded retreat for two. Relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings right outside your window or use the barn as a base to explore Devon & Cornwall.

A calm, deeply luxurious space to recharge & reconnect. The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. Noah’s Ark is our Shepherd’s Hut situated in a rural conservation area just inside Cornwall and nestles between our goat’s & ponies’ paddock and overlooks our bordering river. The surrounding area is perfect for cycling & walks on Bodmin & Dartmoor & equidistant from the north & south coasts. We are lucky to have achieved our dream of living in Cornwall with our animals and want to share the experience with others who would love to escape to this life. Well behaved dogs are very welcome

The Dairy, near Launceston

Our accommodation is a beautifully converted dairy. Its half way between the north and south coasts of Cornwall and also within easy reach of both Bodmin Moor and Dartmoor. The whole place has underfloor heating and is all on one level, with its own garden. Our farm is tucked away in a small hamlet, with lots of lovely walks to be had both on and around it. There is also an excellent pub within walking distance. We are happy to accept well behaved dogs.
