It is a family-friendly accommodation. It is not far from the city centre, with a walking distance to both restaurants and supermarkets.

Stayed here for a night with some friends for a birthday get together.. we all had a fab time and couldn’t believe how amazing the place was inside, even more amazing in person than the pictures! So much detail and space, almost feels magical I don’t think you could have the same experience in a regular hotel or home. So much effort has been made to make the place enjoyable and comfortable. Couldn’t thank Jennifer and Brian enough for welcoming us and being so friendly and helpful, overall great experience we had a fab time! We will be back Thankyou again xxx

beautifully clea spacious flat , well equipped , exactly what i needed whilst i was in middlesbrough on a course .... i will be using this in the future as i gave to return in a couple months time .... thank you

Basic but what we needed and as described. Close to city centre.

We were amazed how peaceful the apartment was as it was an urban area. A lovely apartment, within walking distance of local shops and the riverside. It had everything we needed. The bed was so comfortable.

Came into town from London for a 40th and found this place perfect for a large, extended family travelling together. Great location, easy to find with simple check-in and check-out process! Very clean, with basic amenities, with lots of shops around for any need that may arise. Host was very communicative and quickly responsive to any questions! We would have benefitted from having two sets of keys for a group of our size, but the lockbox system by front door did work well enough - just be aware you need the keys inside the house to lock the door, so if some of your group stay out later the people at home will need to let them in.

Brilliant hosts, really helpful and responsive. Easy check in and perfect location just a 5 minute drive away from the centre. Spacious apartment decorated very nicely.

It is difficult to rate the experience at the property without heavily referencing Syed as a host. This was my first guest experience at an Airbnb and it has proved to be a fantastic way to start. I had certain challenges when it came to the trip and Syed was highly communicative and more than accommodating to a degree that I fully recognize was beyond his scope as a host. From a late check-in, to needing to stay longer than anticipated due to a storm, to extending my stay multiple times. Syed had been calm, industrious amd welcoming in all facets. Every question i asked was answered and any challenge was swiftly addressed. I had his number to call and he would reply as promptly as possible. Suggestions for exploration of the area was answered with the knowledge that only a seasoned local can provide. It was a pleasure to stay at the property and enjoy the area for as long as I was there. Truly hoping a host like this is not a rarity! Refreshingly pleasant experience. Many thanks

A great weekend stay in this fantastic town house. So lovely inside, a real home from home. The property is really well kept and clean. Plenty of on street parking, on a quiet street. The house is situated within a 5 minute (if that) walk to the centre of Skipton, with plenty of places to eat and lots to explore. It's also well situated for neighbouring villages, and some good local walks. Would stay again and recommend to others.

Great place for a relaxing weekend getaway. Plenty of parking, also easy commute to Newcastle/Sunderland/Durham.

Hilary was a wonderful host, and her Airbnb was an absolute pleasure to stay in. She went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience. We were pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful extras she had added — things we didn’t expect but truly appreciated. She was incredibly kind and friendly throughout our stay, and I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone. The house itself is a charming old home, facing a chapel and a small water stream in a peaceful, village setting. Eventhough experienced a bit of rain during our visit, this actually made it all the more cosy and magical. Truly one of the best stays we’ve ever had! Definitely recommend

Great place to stay for a big group! We stayed after a gig at St. James’ Park, couldn’t recommend enough ❤️👏 Fully equipped and there was 4x bathrooms which was great when we were such a big group :)

The house was very nice and exactly as described. Adefunke was a pleasant and helpful host. We did have some queries and they were responded to quickly and efficiently. The beds were comfortable and wardrobe space was excellent in all rooms. The house is well kept and was perfect for three old golfers to use as a base for four days.

this airbnb was beautiful and comfortable very homly the finshing touches were amazing. felt right at home when arrived had everything we needed and more was agreat locaction in easington where my family live my god daughter loved the bath and her mother too we even hoisted a family sunday roast and my family thought it was amazing this is the place I will be booking again when im back home to see family pauline and Marcus have made a great airbnb for family and friends to stay can't wait to book again

Found Jasmines place last minute and straight away she was so helpful and accommodating to our plans. Her house is so lovely, everything is as described and her cats are adorable. Would definitely stay here if i ever come back to Newcastle!!

Lovely spot a short walk across the Stray from Harrogate. Accommodating host. Parking in front of the buildings available every time we needed. Lovely neighbor who helped with suggestions on music enjoyment, insurance policies and waste processing. Highly Recommended.
