Welcome to our 1-bedroom, skylit, guest house with off-road parking & private patio. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac close to Legoland, Windsor Racecourse, and Windsor Castle, our home is the perfect retreat after a long day of sightseeing. The bedroom can be set up with either a kingsize bed or 2 singles on request, while the sofa bed can comfortably fit 2 people. Stunning One Bedroom Annex

The annex is very cosy with free parking on front drive for one guest car. The bedroom has ensuite and there is a separate living room with a very comfy sofa. There is a garden and outside dining table & gazebo area at the bottom ideal for smokers. Our house has the 'Loudwater' sign outside our house if you don't see the number 9 in the dark. We are also directly opposite Thanestead Court. Our place is just off junction 3 High Wycombe East from M40 so a great location to get to locations.

Situated just outside the picturesque village of Yattendon, Manstone Cottage is surrounded by beautiful views of rolling country side. Go Boat hire is a minutes walk and the slipway to the Thames is opposite the house if you have your own paddle board/canoe.
