Holiday rentals with a patio in River Vere

One of the best places I've stayed at in Georgia. The apartment was bigger than I thought, and is very beautiful and practical. I especially like that the interior has a mix of classical and modern style. The bathroom is excellent. Sound isolation is good. You rarely hear neighbours or traffic. There is a great cafe opposite the road for breakfast, and several supermarkets nearby. There are several embassies located on the street, so the area feels a bit fancy. Underground garage (open 24/7) was very convenient to park a scooter in and take the elevator directly from there. It is very fast and easy to get to the city center from there if you have a ride. Beautiful view from the balcony, and if you continue to walk up the hill you will see a really nice view of the city. Very good kitchen. Especially the stove and fridge and freezer. Host was great. Friendly, respectful and English speaking. Highly recommend this place.

Wir haben uns total wohl gefühlt und die Wohnung war sehr schön, hell und gemütlich. In der Nähe sind einige Cafés und Restaurants und auch die Innenstadt ist gut zu erreichen. Wir würden sie auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Very nice flat in a great neighborhood of Tbilisi, that can be bit noisy at times, but the windows are thick and the place is very charming. I would absolutely recommend to stay there! Ruska is a wonderful host, very helpful and good at troubleshooting :)

One of the best airbnbs I've stayed at! Very comfy, spacious and stylishly decorated. Great beds and blackout curtains. Strong wifi signal, good modern A/C My room was on the 3rd floor with a view on the Mtatsminda and overlooking a traditional georgian courtyard. Very quiet despite busy neighbourhood. The only thing to mind there is no lift in the building

Сама квартира современная, со всеми удобствами и очень уютная, при этом большая и просторная. Проживать в такой замечательной квартире было огромным удовольствием! Огромное спасибо! Надеюсь, что в следующий раз, когда я буду в Тбилиси, я смогу остановиться еще раз в этой квартире

David’s apartment is located right in the center of Tbilisi, in the Vake district, surrounded by many great cafes and restaurants, with convenience stores nearby as well. The apartment is very clean and well-equipped. I had a wonderful month staying here. The host is very friendly. I highly recommend it to anyone planning to visit Tbilisi.

Convenient location, lots of stores and cafes nearby. And of course amazing view. There's everything for comfort stay in the apartment, from comfortable furniture to hygiene products.

Absolutely wonderful house. Everything is designed and laid out with such care, it really felt like a space people loved to spend time in and made cozy for themselves. Ridiculously well stocked kitchen — we didn't have to buy any spices or oil for the NYE dinner, anything we needed was in the pantry for us to use. Very portable and easy to use grill in the courtyard, too. The bedrooms were also amazingly cozy — I don't think I have had better sleep anywhere in all my life than in those beds. <3 The house is only about 15 minutes away (on foot) from Marjanishvili with its restaurants and shops and markets, and the rest of Tbilisi was easily accessible by metro. My only complaint — the water pressure in the bathroom was just enough for a shower, but a little weak for running a full bath (the water would cool by the time it filled up). Other than that, this house might be the best airbnb I've ever stayed at, and I would love to come again. <3

Это лучший дом в Тбилиси, с лучшим видом. Не смотря на то, что примерно 200 метров нужно пройти к дому пешком (машина не может подъехать вплотную), открывающийся вид и атмосфера того стоят.

Maka's place is amazing, you will not be disappointed. the property is beautiful, with a great yard with an outdoor bbq area that would be amazing for a group event. The home's decor is elegant and comfortable. The second floor deck/patio was a huge plus feature for me and my dog. There are 2-3 stores within a short <5 minute walk where you can get supplies and groceries. The house is a short ride from the center of the city, I never had trouble getting Bolt Delivery, or a Bolt ride when I wanted to go to the city center. Maka and her family are gracious and hospitable hosts. There is 1 bathroom (large shower, and toilet) connected via the kitchen, so that may be important to note if you have a larger group. I have rented many places, and I highly recommend Maka's place!

We loved staying at Nelly's. She is the most attentive and friendly host we have ever had. Sheconta Ted us before the time to give suggestions, make recommendations and to arrange check-in times. She welcomed us like we were family, prepped the house for our stay with fresh bedding, clean rooms, lovely grade and even water, juice and wine in the fridge for us. She told us about local resturants and made the effort to connect with us. We are young teachers and it was our first time traveling like this, Nelly would check in on us regularly to make sure we are having g fun, safe and comfortable. the Neighborhood was peaceful and safe. We got to experience the Gorgian hospitality and care. We didn't want to leave. We will be back and recommending Nelly's to everyone we know. Thank you Nelly for taking such good care of us, we'll see you soon!

شقة ماريكا الرائعة تقع في وسط المدينة وقريبة من كل الخدمات، الشقة نظيفة جدا وراقية، فيها مكيف واحد في الصالون يغطي تبريده جميع الغرف، المطبخ متكامل، للشقة اطلالة رائعة على المدينة من جهتين، اوصي بالسكن عند الجميلة ماريكا، وسأكرر الزيارة بالتأكيد.

We really enjoyed staying at Nina’s apartment during our trip to Tbilisi. The location is super central yet tucked away in a peaceful area. The apartment has such a nice sense of style — charming, authentic, and just felt good to be in. And the big windows made it even better. Communication was easy, and we’d definitely come back. Maria and Rezi are wonderful, responsive hosts with great taste. Excellent well-planned room with high ceilings. The house is in a quiet area, I slept well. The house is close to the metro station. You can get to the city center in 15 minutes. There are also grocery stores nearby. Thanks Maria and Rezi!

Thank you for the early check in. House is luxurious and the crockery, has a beauty and the beast, vibe. Amazing view. Extremely clean. One washroom has a toilet + wash area, the other has, just a toilet. Huge space, looks smaller in the pictures. Nana was very responsive and replied immediately. There are 24 hrs small outlets for food, just at the entrance of the lane. Supermarkets, metro, bus stops are close by. The same building has a tennis court, a hotel, another hotel at the side, so there is always someone near the entrance, making it a safe place. We were 2 women and felt safe. Even got a grab at 2am to the airport .The lockbox is at the road level, right side to the steps, do not climb the stairs for that, It's the middle box, black and white in color and yellow once opened. The place had coffee, tea, towels, bath wash, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrush, spices, sugar, iron. Will definitely book this place again. Was a good location, good host and an amazing house.

The Heavenly View apartment truly lives up to its name. We were pleasantly surprised to find it in pristine condition upon arrival—clean, organized, and with everything easy to find and use. The kitchen was well-stocked, much more equipped than we expected, which made our stay even better. The extras were a fantastic bonus. We arrived late in the evening but had no trouble locating the place thanks to the super clear instructions. David, the host, was wonderful—always responsive, attentive, and quick to help from day one. His warmth made our stay even more enjoyable. The apartment itself is beautiful, offering stunning sunrises and sunsets every day. It is bright, spacious, and allowed us all to feel comfortable. The furniture and bedding exceeded our expectations. Overall, this is truly a gem and an ideal place to stay in Tbilisi.

Paul's place is really beautifully done. It's nice and bright, high ceilings and big windows, and the terrace is really wonderful. Ideal for a coffee and a croissant (or a cocktail). There are fab restaurants and shops nearby, and a really good gelateria. The neighbourhood is quite upmarket, and feels very safe. One thing I will say for first-time visitors is that the entrance and hallway doesn't seem very welcoming. But it turns out this is the case in many buildings in Tbilisi, due to historical reasons. The apartment itself is a gem 💎

Cozy apartment, convenient 24hr check in. Kitchen with everything needed, even air fryer and dishwasher, clean bathroom, spacious room, small private backyard, grocery across the street, 10 min to metro station. Stayed for a week, can recommend for long term staying easily, hope to come again
