The Sheep Pen @ Nantygwreiddyn Barns

Reconnect with nature and enjoy the spectacular views from our hill farm in the Black Mountains. The historic stone barn has been sympathetically converted into two adjoining cottages. The Sheep Pen, a double bedroom with a double sofa bed downstairs and The Byre, with two double bedrooms. Fully self contained with kitchen areas, internet, smart TVs, handy USB sockets in all rooms and bedding and towels provided. Guests have access to our 60 acres of land where we keep rare breed sheep and deer.

The Barn - private 3 bed, garden, and firepit.

The Barn, is part of our grade II listed welsh farm house. Set in 8 acres of lush fields (the Barn has 1/2 an acre of private garden with beautiful views of the welsh mountains and the Skirrid). It has been beautifully restored with loads of original features, given a new lease of life and a sense of fun. We don’t mind noise, we want people to have fun, it’s perfect for families and night owls alike. And we are dog friendly and child friendly. Perfectly set up for both to have a great time!

The Summerhouse sits 250m from Offa's Dyke Path with access to miles of walks, ideal for anyone wanting to explore Shropshire and mid-Wales. It is a charming Grade 2 listed building, with commanding views of the Severn Valley to Montgomery. Recently refurbished - the top floor has a comfortable super-king double bed, beneath a Victorian vaulted wooden ceiling and a cosy sitting area with QLED TV and super fast fibre broadband. Just a stroll away from our friendly, foodie village pub, right on Offa’s Dyke path. It’s a special place, nestled in its own little corner of my garden, with an emphasis on luxury and lovely things. Transformed from my everyday potting shed, it’s now a spacious, warm and welcoming hideaway for two which I’m very proud of.
