Enjoy being just a 4 minute walk from the centre of Perth's best restaurant strip. Centrally located, it is a 10 minute bus ride to the city centre. By car, it's approx 10 minutes to Curtin Uni or Optus Stadium, 20 minutes to Perth Airport, 25 minutes to Cottesloe Beach or Lesmurdie Falls. You'll recognise the house by the native garden inspired by local walking trails. Guests have a private entry and exclusive access to a main bedroom, bathroom and a living area/second bedroom (no kitchen).

Please note the place is very simply finished as per photos + ongoing cosmetic refurb. Our building has two entrances and consists of two "apartments". We really enjoy our privacy so will unlikely ever meet. We hope for your understanding.
