Holiday rentals with a patio in Riverview

My husband stayed here while working in Moncton. He said check in was so easy with clear instructions. The free unassigned parking lot was great and he liked that it was on the ground floor. Awesome stay! Would highly recommend!

Urban Oaks is a very chic place, near downturn Moncton. Melanie has decorated the place beautifully and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and we loved the screened in porch. I have stayed in a lot of airbnbs and would say that Melanie is the best host I've met so far. Always super quick to respond, helpful ideas and suggestions and even lent us a cooler bag so we could take a picnic. Would love to come back.

I had an amazing stay in Moncton! The place was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. Everything I needed was there, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The host was responsive and made the entire experience seamless. I absolutely loved everything about this stay and would 100% recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We enjoyed our stay here, we were away most of the days, but were very comfortable when we were there. Would recommend.

Andrea’s place was perfect for us while we visited the area. It felt like we were staying home away from home. It was comfortable, had all the things we needed plus things we didn’t know we might need-including a well-outfitted kitchen, extra blankets for cold nights, games and puzzles, a deck full of sunshine with a beautiful view of the ocean, hammocks, bbq, access to the fire pit, etc etc. Andrea was a wonderful hostess, checking in with us regularly to answer any questions we had or to provide suggestions, and even surprising us one night with a sampling of fresh oysters. She welcomed our little dog making us feel like welcome guests. She provided us with lots of suggestions for shopping and amenities we could enjoy in the area too. Highly recommend staying with Andrea. Enjoy the easy access to the best the area has to offer. We’ll be back to visit again!

A very welcoming place, we felt immediately like at home. It is closed to Parlee Beach, with an easy access to the beach through a shortcut. Holly was very kind and accommodated us for our out of ordinary check-in. Thank you. I recommend.

Great spot! We were attending a wedding at the Tire Shack and this location was perfect. The balcony our unit was also terrific.

I stayed in Jodie’s Airbnb for one night while travelling for business. It’s conveniently located off the TC highway a little outside the city, so makes for easy access. It’s simple, clean, private and had everything I needed. I would stay here again. Very good value for the money!

What a great spot for a visit to Moncton. Close to so many tourist spots (family and adult) and far enough outside the city to be peaceful. We attended a wedding at the Magnetic Hill Winery and it was literally just minutes down the road. Allan made sure we knew he was available if we needed anything but his place had everything we needed so there was no need to reach out. The house was clean and welcoming, beds had good reviews from all the sleepers, the front deck has a great view and is a perfect spot for your morning tea. Added bonus - Mom loved the heated recliner in the living room. Definitely would recommend to anyone visiting the Moncton area.

We had a group of 8 who were down from Truro/halifax and we were surprised by a “double booking” from Vrbo leaving us with no place to stay. Ron was fast and allowed us to stay at his place that night. He truly saved us. I can’t recommend Ron and this home enough. Great place. Lots of sleeping spots as well. Thanks Ron

Great stay! Audrey was very responsive and helpful, the house was the perfect size and having the unit downstairs was perfect and provided privacy and space.

This place is absolutely stunning, spacious and well laid out for a group to enjoy a stay in Shediac . I appreciated the nice little extras such as razors, cotton pads and shampoos and the beds were comfortable. I thought it was kind that she checked in with me to see if there were any concerns and to ensure our stay was enjoyable. I will definitely be booking this space again

Isabelle’s house was amazing. Quiet, gorgeous sunsets and peaceful surroundings. Isabelle was a fantastic host who responded to our every question within minutes! Pleasant, polite & super friendly, it was a pleasure dealing with her! The house was the best stocked house I have ever rented. Every time we looked for something, there it was. The games room downstairs was so much fun! We played pool and darts as a family and had many laughs! I would recommend this beautiful house without hesitation. Isabelle made us feel so welcome! Had a wonderful stay at Tracey & Aahil’s cottage. It was cosy, and clean, and in a quiet community. Loved being close to Parlee Beach, and a short drive to local shops and restaurants. Beautiful views and convenient location. This was exactly what I needed for the week. The condo is very close to the highway making it easy to get around. The views were amazing and it was an amazing property. The host was very responsive and everything was great. Highly recommend!!

Awesome rental for the week. Condo was very clean and great amenities Location was perfect with a patio view of the bay. Condo was extremely spacious with 2 separate bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Kitchen was very large with provided equipment for cooking. Pool was lovely as well as the roof top hot tub. Condo building was very secure and clean. Our greeter , Susanne was extremely helpful and upon check in she showed us all the amenities etc. Highly recommend anyone to book this location as you will not be disappointed. Thank you for offering your unit to Us as we were very impressed.
