Holiday rentals with a home theatre in Riviera di Ponente

Beautiful, superbly equipped apartment with a fantastic terrace and wonderful views - on one side the sea, on the other the impressive red rocks of the Esterel mountains. Everything was very clean, cozy and furnished with a lot of love for detail. The resort in Cap Esterel is very well maintained, full of flowers and offers everything you need: restaurants, small shops, bakeries, leisure activities - all within walking distance and at a fair price. The beach is very close, free parking is also available. Many beautiful places such as Cannes, Saint-Raphaël or picturesque coastal villages can be reached quickly by car. We would especially like to thank our hosts Olivier and Charles - they were very friendly, helpful and always available. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be happy to come back!

The whole place was absolutely perfect, from the quiet location to the well-equipped kitchen and air conditioning. We enjoyed the quiet location, although the city is within walking distance (~30 min). Communication, both before and during the stay, was very friendly and quick.

Thank you Alexandra for providing us with the listing, she provided everything you could think of for the guests staying, and things you couldn't think of, very thoughtful.I arrived at the residence very late, she kept in touch with me throughout, waiting for my arrival and patiently guiding me to check in.The room is clean and tidy, and the surrounding environment is safe.I would choose her again if I had the chance.

We had a wonderful week long stay at Karine's apartment in the centre of Menton old town. It's a very secure location, with a spacious lounge, kitchen and dining area. The bed was really comfortable with extra pillows and blankets. The apartment is closed to an award winning bakery as well as bars, restaurants, supermarket and of course the beach and waterfront. Karine was very responsive and met us before and after our stay to guide us around. We had everything we needed for a lovely stay and would recommend this apartment to others.

Overall, apartment was well furnished and contained excellent linens and well equipped kitchen. Balcony, although small, was a nice touch, and made us feel like we were part of the community. Locals were very friendly. Parking was free and available within 100 yards. Apartment was on the second floor, 30 step staircase to go up. A good restaurant, Auberge Provençale, is right across the street. Their slow cooked lamb dish is delicious. Good air conditioning system, which was a must in 30C temperatures during our stay in June. The whole apartment was tastefully renovated recently.

I was visiting Cannes for the Cannes Lions festival, so wanted a base in Antibes near the station. The location was an easy 7 minute walk to the station making trips into Cannes easy. The apartment was cosy and well appointed and had everything I needed as a base. Whilst the old town seemed lively, this street was very peaceful so was a calm place to return to after a busy day in Cannes. Bianca was very responsive, answering my various questions and I would have no hesitation in recommending the apartment to others.

Loved this spot! It was our home away from home as we toured the French Riviera! Absolutely loved it!

Charming village house all in height (4 floors). The location in the old town of Tende is ideal, with parking as close as possible for this type of accommodation. Frédéri is very available and very pleasant to contact. We had a great time hiking in the Valley of Wonders next door.

Very good stay with our host (what's more, very friendly and always available if you need information) We were on site for 3 days of teamwork and were able to combine efficiency with the pleasure of a welcoming place with a beautiful view. Gisèle is very welcoming and available, she advised us on sightseeing and restaurants …😊 We only spent one night but the experience was good! The linen smelled good… and the beds are comfortable! Several pleasant terraces! Note that a studio for rent is also attached to the accommodation but does not cause any inconvenience…

Daniela was a great host. Her house was beautiful and very clean. The pool was perfect, cleaned every night by a crew. the views were breath taking. It was great for a family of 10 with 4 children. Lots of space. The only issue was about the security deposit of 400 euros, I was not aware of it until I arrived. I would have been more prepared considering it was our last stop in Italy. But overall an excellent property and host. Highly recommended. Thank you.

Very nice apartment as described: The place to put on the bike is a plus,. Very quiet village but well located 5 minutes from the Escarene.

Wow! Amazing Place! Beautiful views and great location. Nothing like opening the windows hearing the birds while looking at the sea. Very comfortable beds and large living space. 10 minute walk down the hill to the seaside. It gives you a chance to see the landscape from up above. I have stayed in Villefranche many times and it is perfectly located between Nice and Monaco. Easy to get around with Ubers or trains. Hosts were super responsive and instructions and descriptions were spot on. Thanks for your hospitality.

Perfect stay, with a beautiful welcome from Nina (thank you!) The apartment, very clean, well-appointed, well decorated (just what you need to feel very good) is very bright with lots of storage, and with a superb terrace with splendid views of the harbor, beaches and the sea as far as the eye can see, as described and photos. Sonia’s apartment exceeded all our expectations! It was impeccable inside with everything you could need. The location is wonderful, right in the centre and the views over the area from the balconies are lovely. Sonia was so friendly and couldn’t have been more helpful. Staying at Riviera Palace is a dream, just like walking into the Bridgerton series or Sissi. The apartment is high up with beautiful views and very large with high ceilings. You have to climb a hill, but it's worth it. I would say it is worth repeating.

The accommodation is impeccable, well located and easy to access. Shopping shops are nearby. Elisa is very responsive and is always ready to provide tips to make your stay comfortable. A great place to stay in Genoa!

A private, specious house and equipped with a nice kitchen, beautiful surroundings and close to the beach, while eating out will require a few minutes walk. supermarket right opposite the place and bus station just outside the door. overall it's a nice place for a ground of people.

Corinne and Sebastien have put together a spectacular Cote d’Azur get-away. We LOVED the view, the sounds of children at the beach just across the road, and early morning swims in the turquoise Mediterranean waters. Perfect! Merci!

We stayed in Genoa to visit the aquarium. Ferruccio was really a very helpful person. The apartment is in an area where it is easy to get around on foot. I highly recommend it.
