era il nostro primo soggiorno con rbnb e ci siamo trovati molto bene. l'alloggio corrispondeva alla descrizione ed era molto pulito. la posizione è comoda per passeggiare ed ha una bella vista vista. la proprietaria è stata molto gentile

The best place I could find in Florence. The location is fantastic! 20 steps from the station. Also the view (which isn’t shown in the images) is stunning from His apartment. This was our first stop for our trip and it just couldn’t have been better. It matched the romantic energy of Florence. Definitely recommend anyone to stay here. Id love to come back here soon when I visit Florence again :)

A nice stay in the heart of S. Vincenzo with a nice view. The appartment is old but cozy and charming. Train station is in walking distance. Free parking is about 500m. Be sure to bring everything in towels, sponges, linens, bedding. Was quite noisy due to festivities both on the town square and the marina. Gaia is a great host, very responsive. Great area for beaches, exploring the Etruscan heritage or trips to islands.

Wir waren sehr gern zu Gast bei Davide. Die Lage ist prima, ins Zentrum ist es nur ein kurzer Weg. Trotzdem war es abends ruhig, das fand ich super. Einziger kleiner Hinweis: mit dem Parken ist es so eine Sache, da gibt es in 400 m Entfernung einen Parkplatz. Direkt vor der Tür braucht es Glück und die Bereitschaft 36 Euro am Tag auszugeben…. Die Unterkunft ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, alles war in ausreichender Menge vorhanden. Wir werden bestimmt nochmal wiederkommen.

This beautiful and spacious apartment on the Piazza del Carmine was an absolute highlight for our family of four adults while staying six nights in Florence. The location was off the beaten track but an easy walk to everything. (And there is a small grocery store around the corner which was so convenient!) The apartment is on the top floor of a corner building so it was quiet and the views of the piazza and surrounding neighborhood were lovely. We were greeted by Arlene who showed us around and brought us a tray of cold water upon entering the apartment. (Much appreciated in the August heat, as was the air conditioning!) There are 75 steps into the apartment, but Arlene’s colleague brought our bags up for us. We had no issues with the stairs any time during our stay. Arlene came back twice during our six nights to clean and tidy the place. Giulio arranged a taxi for us to the airport on the day of our departure. He was great to work with. We highly recommend this AirBnB!

Hostitel reagoval hned od začátku rezervace ubytování. Sdělil všechny potřebné informace. Ubytování bylo skvělé, blízko veřejné písečné pláže, místních obchodů a restaurací. Parkování auta pár minut pěšky. Vybavení bytu více než dostačující (pračka, myčka, mikrovlnná trouba, sporák s troubou, vysavač, sušák na prádlo, kompletní výbava kuchyně). Jediné, co kuchyni vytknout, tak malý pracovní prostor. Ale i s tím se dalo poprat. Nezapomenutelný byl balkon s krásným výhledem, obzvláště na západ slunce. Zde jsme trávili většinu času, co zde trochu chybělo, opět odkládací prostor. Hodil by se malý stolek na sklenky. Celkové hodnocení ubytování je na výbornou. Děkujeme za vše a pokud se někdy do San Vincenzo vrátíme, tak určitě ke Stefanovi.

Emmanuelle’s apartment is in an awesome location, and it was so convenient to stay in the heart of the old town- the most beautiful part of Nice. Emmanuelle was super helpful and great at communicating during our stay. We would stay here again and definitely recommend to others 😊

Geraldine’s place is stunning. The interior decorating is just as beautiful as the view. The location is super walkable - and Geraldine is extremely responsive and helpful. 10/10 experience.

Wir waren zu sechst und fühlten uns von Anfang an alle wohl. Wir kamen von hier überall gut hin. Hatten alles was wir brauchen zum glücklich sein. Wir waren in Mai da, und haben den Pool voll ausgenutzt. Jeden Tag kam jemand und hat sich um die Sauberkeit im Garten und Pool gekümmert. 2 separate Wohnungen, ideal für mehr als eine Familie.

Wir hatten wirklich einen wundervollen Aufenthalt. Die Gastgeberin hat uns unglaublich herzlich empfangen und uns gleich einen ganzen Plan aufgezeichnet, für Unternehmungen und Geheimtipps. Die Küche ist wirklich TOP ausgestattet. Einziges kleines Manko, die Matratzen sind leider sehr durchgelegen und man sollte viel lüften, da es im unteren Zimmer durch die Dusche sehr feucht ist. Dennoch ist diese Unterkunft SEHR zu empfehlen !! Es war toll

Wunderbar gelegendes Haus mit super Aussicht. Das Haus war sehr sauber. Sehr schöne Gartenanlage mit Pool. Wunderschön gepflegter Garten um das Haus. Sehr sympthischer und freundlicher Gastgeber. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Dolcedo ist sehr schön. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Unser zwei -wöchiger Aufenthalt im Rustico Pio Filippo war zauberhaft. Wir haben die ruhige Lage und die atemberaubende Natur sehr genossen und konnten wunderbar abschalten. Das Haus sowie der Service war perfekt! Wir freuen uns schon sehr auf das nächste mal.

On a passé un superbe séjour dans ce logement. L’entrée est magnifique et très bien décorée. Le jardin et la piscine sont très agréable. L’intérieur est conforme à la description et aux photos. Il manque peut être quelques équipements de cuisine comme une bouilloire ou un lave vaisselle. Mention spéciale pour le propriétaire qui était adorable et toujours au petit soin. C’est un très bel endroit.

We had an amazing stay here - it was beautiful, cosy and comfortable with the most amazing views. Note there is no wifi but I used my phone to hotspot from and it wasn’t a problem at all. We loved it, planning to come back.

Wir waren zu 6 auf diesem wunderschönen Anwesen und haben einige ruhige Tage in der Natur verbracht. Die Unterkunft ist etwas abgelegen wenn du also Ruhe und Entspannung suchst ist der Ort ideal. Mit dem Auto sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gut zu erreichen. Das Haus bietet viel Umschwung und die Sonnentage am Pool mit atemberaubender Aussicht aus Meer waren wunderschön.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit auf Elba und können die Unterkunft absolut empfehlen! Die Aussicht von der Wohnung aufs Meer ist einfach fantastisch – jeden Morgen aufs Meer zu blicken, war ein Traum. Alles war makellos sauber und sehr gepflegt. Besonders die Küche war top ausgestattet! Die Lage ist schön zentral, sodass man schnell in den umliegenden Orten ist, aber trotzdem seine Ruhe hat. Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich herzlich und hilfsbereit – man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Elba selbst ist traumhaft schön, wir kommen ganz sicher wieder!

A beautiful and clean apartment in the heart of Florence. Check in was very well communicated and the host also provided some extra useful information for the area. Plenty of basic amenities provided too. Couldn't ask for more.

Die Wohnung ist ideal, wenn man Florenz entdecken möchte. Die Ausstattung und die zentrale Lage sind eine super Kombination für ein paar schöne Tage in der Stadt. Das einzige Manko ist ein leichter Abwassergeruch im Badezimmer.

No words can describe the beauty of this home. Aside from its decor and size, the host is outstanding. Patrizia greeted us with a warm welcome at the door and gave us tips and pointers on the city. 10/10 recommend staying here because Patrizia is a beautiful person and shows such kindness. The beautiful home itself is just the cherry on top!

Casa come da descrizione, cento di Capoliveri vicinissimo ma allo stesso tempo zona tranquilla e silenziosa, contraddistinta da una serie di villette. Le prime spiagge sono facilmente raggiungibili in pochi minuti. La casa ha un bello spazio esterno, una cucina grande con tutto il necessario, camere spaziose e con armadi grandi. Lo consiglio davvero, unica pecca se devo dirlo è il costo delle pulizie, un po' alto rispetto alla media.

Lorenzo was the kindest and sweetest host and this apartment is in the most perfect location to explore Florence. The entire place is absolutely beautiful and the bathrooms are modern and well appointed and the kitchen is perfectly stocked with anything you need including coffee :) Lorenzo went way out of his way to greet us and make sure we weee well taken care of from start to finish . Highly recommend!!!
