Linda, and her apartment, are the ideal solution for those who want to feel good in Cesenatico. Linda is a kind, practical and extremely friendly person. She loves the space she offers, and this can be seen in every detail. The apartment is perfect: top floor of a beachfront building, with balcony over the entire perimeter. It's new, super bright, and stocked with everything. The location, also thanks to the electric ferryway that crosses Porto Canale, is a short distance from the center and Levante beach. There were four of us and we had a great time. Thanks Linda!

I can only recommend Jacopo's accommodation! A few steps from the beach, there are great restaurants, a supermarket and a quiet environment. Jacopo gave us wonderful tips and hints and was always available. The kitchen is well equipped and is also suitable if you want to cook yourself. The only criticism would be the beds for me, the mattresses are unfortunately very hard and we did not sleep well. Otherwise, we felt at home here and would come back anytime!

We spent 2 really wonderful nights in Claudia and Alessandro's Luxury apartment in Riccione. The house is exactly as in the photos: modern, very clean and cared for in every detail. The location is convenient for reaching both the sea and the center, but at the same time quiet for a good night's rest. Claudia and Alessandro were exceptional hosts, helpful and attentive to every request. They gave us great advice on restaurants and beaches and made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this apartment to those looking for comfort, elegance and a warm welcome. We will definitely be back!

Good apartment to explore Rimini and surrounding areas for a few days. I didn't miss anything in the apartment. Great location right on the beach, bus stop (to the train station to the city center) also nearby. The possibility to rent bicycles is particularly good.

Beautiful apartment, very clean, with sea view from the window in the kitchen. Air conditioning, both in the kitchen and in the bedroom. Free beach in front of the house with umbrella and deck chairs provided by Endrio. Beach with facilities 50 meters away. Restaurants 100 meters away. Pizzeria that delivers to your door. We are traveling with a 3 year old kid and were looking for a nice place for the whole family to stay in Fano for a week. Stefano made our stay here just great! Stefano was very helpful during check-in and check-out time, he met us for an early check-in and was super flexible with the late checkout as well. This was very convenient for us and much appreciated! Location is great- an easy walk to the beach (where Stefano have arranged sunbeds and umbrellas for all of us), and a short walk to the downtown too! the place has parking space for the car, and includes breakfast options, which we used daily. Overall it was a beautiful experience, our family gad a great time here!

A very comfortable place to stay. We utilised the garden and it was great to have that space. Beds were very comfortable. Maybe extra pillows and wine glasses would be a nice addition. Also more detailed instructions regarding heating, bins would be useful. That said, no complaints at all. We had a great stay.

We (married couple and three dogs) had a great holiday experience in every respect in the little paradise of Lorenzo & Monica. The house: maintained with a lot of love, care and pride, offers space inside and in the garden as well as privacy. The location: on the small hill enough far away from the hustle and bustle of tourists at the bottom of the promenade, but close enough to the sea (300m, small road down the slope), surrounded by greenery and nature. The hosts: flexible, polite and communicative (Lorenzo, with him the booking was arranged) as well as charming, helpful and host from Passion (Monica, who lives next door with her family). Maybe it is better if we stop with the praise now because we would like to come back next year - and don't want there to be no more space...;-) Grazie mille, Monica e Lorenzo!

Great stay. Well equipped, very firiendly and proactive communication.

The reception by Elisa was fantastic. She had even taken the trouble to arrange an interpreter. We could ask anything and get an immediate answer. A very beautiful environment with fine beaches. The place itself is also very cozy with lots to do. You won't get bored. A very nice house, with a lovely garden. Everything very clean. We enjoyed so much that we want to come back next year.

We felt very comfortable with Chiara. The apartment was clean and cute. Many small items such as toilet paper, salt, coffee or detergent were already available. Chiara always responded promptly to messages and was always courteous and friendly. In addition to answering questions, she also sent recommendations for activities in the area. The only thing we missed in June was actually an air conditioner, which 😅 we hadn't paid attention to before. Because it is only one room, it is difficult to create a draft. Otherwise, the area is quite quiet and you are 3 minutes' walk from the beach!

Stayed here for 5 days during the Imola Grand Prix F1. We had a lovely stay! Really enjoyed it! Place was really clean and spacious and had all the amenities. Really well catered for and helpful for my baby and toddler. Giacomina was amazing and very helpful and responsive and answered quickly and made the whole experience quick and easy! Location is great ! The beach was beautiful and we managed to have a few days enjoying some quiet time off season on the beach and the play areas are amazing for kids! Would definitely stay again! We felt right at home upon arrival, everything was very clean and tidy and our little dog also had enough space. The balconies offer a wonderful view of the sea or the harbor. There are great restaurants around the accommodation and on the other side of the harbor you can walk along the promenade and stop at bars and cafes. There are also plenty of dog-friendly beaches and people. We would book the accommodation again at any time and definitely recommend it!
