Holiday rentals with a pool in Rivières

On the day of your arrival, this little cocoon will welcome you between 5pm and 11:30pm (or even from 2pm depending on availability). You will enter independently thanks to a procedure that I will send you around 3 p.m. (in pdf by WhatsApp or in photo by SMS). I will of course remain available at that time if you have any questions or concerns, as well as throughout the stay. On your checkout date, you can leave the property until 12:30 p.m. at the latest. Instructions will be noted on the front door.

Private room with full autonomy

The ROOM (without kitchen) is completely self-contained, private toilet and bathroom, access through a private entrance to the accommodation. It is located in a part of our house and can ideally accommodate 2 people (up to 3 if necessary, extra charge of €10/night). In the event that the 2nd bed (armchair convertible into single extra bed) is necessary, even for 2 guests, an additional €10 will be charged upon arrival. The room is to be left clean (or €10 cleaning fee)

Very nice 3-star apartment, 42 m2, ideal for a couple. Bathroom opens onto the bedroom. All the comforts await you, 160 x 200 bed, washing machine, equipped kitchen, dishwasher, fridge freezer, etc... Comfortable living room with TV. The pool is available from the end of May to September, the petanque court all year round. Pets not allowed. 15 minutes from Cordes-sur-Ciel (most beautiful village in France), 25 minutes from Albi, a World Heritage Site. Enjoy your stay...

At the small olive tree

Nice 20 m2 studio, new condition, adjoining the owner's house with independent entrance, shaded terrace with garden furniture. Located in the center of the village and close to the Tarn River, quiet, 15 km from Albi and 20 km from Cordes, you can enjoy the Aiguelèze leisure center 2 km away with its many activities (restaurants, canoe rental, pedal boats, tennis, golf...). On site, the pool shared with the owners or the massages offered by your host will relax you.

La Grange de la Vilandié between Albi and Cordes

La Grange, in white stones and wood frame, is a few decades old. In the center of a farm property, it has been completely renovated. The cottage is on one level, keeping the charm of yesteryear. A large living room with fully equipped kitchen, large dining table and sitting area will offer you delicious moments of sharing. Pascal and Frédérique will welcome you in the heart of the vineyards of their wine estate, in a small charming house, renovated in their image, independent part of their house. 5 minutes from Gaillac and all amenities, you will enjoy the park with a view of the Gaillac hills, a beautiful shaded terrace in the afternoon, a barbecue area and a large secure family pool, covered and heated from (beginning of school holidays from April to the end of October).

You will stay in a residential apartment composed of: - a large bedroom with a 140/190 bed, a double wardrobe closet (plenty of space for a baby bed but not provided) - an equipped kitchenette: stove, small fridge, microwave, coffee maker, - a living room with sofa bed and TV, - a bathroom and a separate toilet (towels not provided), - no Wi-Fi, sorry :)
