The property is in the central area of Villetta Barrea. The mini apartments are very nice and typical....comfortable mattresses, large and clean bathroom. Manuela was very nice and professional.

The house is located a short walk from the center of roundabouts, equipped with all the comforts, super working heating and hot water, two well-finished bathrooms. I had a good time at Barbara's, she pointed out the most beautiful things to do and see in 48 hours, where to eat something typical, the house is very close to the center and at the beginning of the bike path to the Trabocchi coast. 5 min walk. The house is very nice, new and looks better in person than in the photos. When I return to the trabocchi, I will definitely contact Barbara again.

Daniela and Piero are two super hosts! Accurate, helpful, attentive, and very welcoming. The property was a wonderful discovery. We felt at home, attention to detail, and superior amenities. There were three of us, with our furry friend Pongo. An entire garden at your disposal; lawn to be envied to a golf course. The house offers everything you need and also much more... see Sky subscription, emergency lights and good breakfast. The house is very welcoming, located in the countryside with a view of the sea and the mountains on the other side. In fact, the location is optimal if you want to visit both the sea and the mountains. everything is very nice!

Letizia and her family welcomed us in an impeccable way. The house was perfect for our needs, I stayed with my brother and everyone had their own room. If I were to return to Sulmona and its surroundings, I would have no doubts, I would definitely return to them. Thanks to everyone!

My partner and I stayed for a week, the house is in a quiet and peaceful area, it is completely independent and all fenced, great for us who travel with our inseparable Rottweiler who really appreciated (us too!)the large garden. Inside the spaces are right, there were two of us but there would have been 3 other people, we didn't miss anything. Good location to visit Abruzzo both to the sea and to the more inland areas. We had a great time and among the things we most appreciated the tranquility, the silence, the right privacy, the nature that surrounds the house with a beautiful view, the spectacular sunsets, the fireflies in the evening in the garden. Obviously, a special thank you to Francesco, he was a helpful and caring host, always in communication with us and gave us countless tips on places and restaurants, it was like being at a friend's house. Highly recommended experience!

Amazing hosts and a great place to stay with a beautiful view. Stunning scenery all around and lots of fun towns to visit close by. The hosts made us feel very welcome and were available when needed. We will for sure be back!

What a lovely little town! Very quiet about 10-15 minutes off the main highway the little village is quaint with friendly neighbors. Anna the host was very helpful and welcomed us with fresh mozzarella, pasta and sauce. We enjoyed horse back riding and went to the local lake which was fun. You will definitely get your steps in walking up the steep roads which we loved.

We spent one night in Luigi’s apartment and we had a very comfortable stay. The house is located in a wonderful place, with a lovely view from the terrace in front of it. It was incredibly quiet so we had a very restful sleep. The landscapes around the house are well worth a visit! Highly recommended!!

We had a great short stay. We decided last minute for a couple ski days Check in was super easy. Great instructions sent. Super warm and cosy. Comfy beds. Maybe take your own towels if you prefer fluffy towels as these were like using a napkin but that’s just personal preference Could do with some wine glasses too. The location into the old town is amazing. Everything you need. 10 min drive from the large main ski area

Beautiful New Year with friends. House in a great location just minutes from Roccaraso. Fully equipped kitchen and fireplace available. One of the three rooms is a little too small for two people but we adapted. Excellent welcome. Highly recommended

Perfect stay! We were two couples with three children, huge space in the house, equipped with every comfort and need. It is a perfect location to reach Passolanciano! Mr. Fiore was very kind and available for all our needs!
