Unique Kas home with idyllic garden and sea views

This year for the first time we have decided to rent out our beautiful family house for others to enjoy for their summer holidays. This unique place is a renovation of an old Kas village house with a 10 metre cedar wood balcony and is nestled in its own private garden with two patios, a hammock and lemon, orange, pomegranate, olive, and fig trees. With beautiful views of the sea and the Greek island it is perfectly located - the centre of town and local beaches are just a 5 minute walk away.

The property is newly renovated and provides comfort and convenience for a relaxed and memorable holiday on Türkiye's turquoise coast. This charming townhouse is only steps from Kalkan's public beach, restaurants, and shops. Water taxis close by will take you to the beach clubs dotting Kalkan’s coast. Hayam Evi’s rooftop balcony is a perfect place to start and end your day, gazing at the magnificent the sea view.

Dünyaca ünlü kaputaş plajı 15 km.Her yarım saatte bir kaş merkeze dolmuş gecmektedir. 2+1, iki yatak odasıda banyolu, bir odası jakuzili, sonsuzluk havuzu ile şık bir şekilde dizayn edilmistir. Yapımı 2022 yılı Nisan ayinda tamamlanmış 4 kişilik olarak aile veya çiftlere hizmet sunmaktadır.

B2- Cozy wooden bungalow with pool, private garden

Our self-made bungalow is an ideal escape for a very relaxing holiday in the middle of the nature. From the small balcony you can enjoy breakfasts, overlooking the Mediterranean and the mountains. Inside the bungalow you will find a small kitchen which provides everything for preparing your breakfast (fridge, water-heater, cups, plates etc.). A small wooden bathroom includes shower (hot water available) and toilet.

Evimiz Kaş merkeze araçla 15 dakika mesafedeki Çukurbağ Köyünde, badem ağaçlarıyla örtülü yemyeşil bir bahçe içinde, gözlerden uzak, sakin sessiz bir konuma sahip. Köyümüzün ruhuna, dokusuna sadık kalarak dönüştürdüğümüz bu ev, köy yaşamını deneyimlemek isteyenler için 2 yatak odası, açık mutfaklı bir salon ve büyük bir banyo ile oldukça geniş ve rahat bir yaşam alanı sunuyor.

Villaya giden yolun son 100 metresi %20’lik bir eğimden oluşmaktadır. Villamızın terası dışarıdan görünmemektedir. Havuzumuzda ısıtma yoktur.
