Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Roaring Fork River

Very clean and excellent location! Keep in mind no AC in the summer, so it’s warm during the day but comfortable at night. Well-stocked kitchen and nice bathrooms. Would definitely stay again!

Absolutely phenomenal stay! The host was consistently amazing—super responsive, communicative, and made everything smooth from start to finish. The place itself was pristine, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described (if not better). It truly exceeded all expectations. I honestly can’t imagine coming back to Aspen and staying anywhere else. One of the best travel experiences I’ve ever had—highly recommend! We loved this place. It’s so easy to take the bus to Snowmass, the stop is right out front. You can walk to the grocery and the local pizza place. We loved the vibe of the place too.

Mindy was proactive in communicating, which made it easy when I had questions. The location was great, lots of walkable stuff and the bus stop to Beaver Creek was so close. The place was clean and cozy with soft towels, sheets and games to play. It is in need of a little TLC (broken cabinets, drawers and doors) but nothing that impeded our stay.

This is one of the best rentals we have experienced. Sandy is an exceptional, gracious and thoughtful host. Her attention to detail in making her guests feel at home...incredible! It starts when you walk in and are welcomed with a basket filled with goodies. The condo has views of the mountains, is beautifully decorated, immaculate, with comfy beds and sofa, fluffy towels and guest robes! The private shuttle to Beaver Creek and Vail ski resorts was greatly appreciated, as well as the locker area for ski storage. We can't thank you enough for sharing your beautiful condo with us.

Great location. We never used our car once we got there. The free shuttle was fabulous they dropped us off right at the gondola at Ajax and picked us up, we walked the 3 blocks each night to dinner in town which was fabulous. Bathtub was nice and big with plenty of hot water and my husband enjoyed the hot tub numerous times. Bed was comfy. Thanks Daniel!

This place was fabulous! Five star service from both the hotel staff and our hosts. Everyone was responsive and we loved all the amenities of the hotel and the convenience for accessing ski school.

Affordable price considering its aspen and a close walk to the town itself. Great access to a hot tub which is great after getting off the slopes. Beds comfortable and nice to have 3 full baths! Would stay again!

Absolutely loved Josh's home. It was in the perfect location to downtown Aspen, clean, comfortable bed, easy check-in, check-out, nice perk with the shuttle service. We would absolutely stay again!

The Condo = Superb! Spacious, clean, bright light, and exactly as or better than the pictures and descriptions. The Host = Excellent! Allie is welcoming, friendly, prompt, and clearly wants to be sure your visit is a total success. The Location = Outstanding! Incredible access to the gondola, the town of Avon, and the Westin Resort. You are getting everything this listing presents to you and much much more. A no-brainer choice and we’ll be back for sure. This place was amazing, stunning views, and all restaurants and service 5 starts, I was with My sisters and my lithe yorkie and everything was very easy, they clean our rooms everyday and for ski everything you need at this place I really highly recommend this place and host very easy to comunícate to, we will back soon :)

Jill's house was a wonderful place to spend the holidays. The layout is great and we enjoyed how quiet it was in the area.

What a special place! One of my favorite airbnbs I’ve stayed in yet. It was even more beautiful (inside and outside surroundings) and tucked away than the pictures depict. The furnishings were top and felt new and the townhome— so clean, spacious and so comfortable for our family of 5. There are even gorgeous house plants throughout, which was such a treat! Ruth is both kind, accommodating and communicative. I hope we can return soon and stay for longer next time!

Absolutely loved the location! Having a private ski base area was unlike anything before! The parking and shuttle were both private and gated. I would happily stay in this area again. the house was really nice. lots of space and parking for several cars. Each bedroom with its own bath. The queen bedroom is pretty small but not bad. Access to the shared pool and hot tub at the base was great too. Backing up to the golf course with walking path was beautiful. Kitchen was quite well stocked if you plan on doing some cooking. Great recommendations for ski rental and massage.

The condo and building are brand new and very clean. Spacious. Avantstay (property manager?) had it outfitted with everything you could need - nice shampoos, detergent, snacks, etc. We were familiar with the building so knew what to expect on that end. The pool and water slide were heated which my kids loved after skiing. There's also a hot tub and a huge nice hot tub the size of a pool which we enjoyed as well. Only issue was that the condo management kept trying to charge us fees both at check in and after check out. The owner, the property manager and the building need to sort that out so we don't get worried about additional fees outside of the Airbnb contract.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Jeff's home in Edwards! The property was stunning—spacious, cozy, and perfectly set up for a family ski trip. What truly made the experience unforgettable was Jeff's dedication to ensuring our stay was perfect. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, checking in to make sure we had everything we needed and sharing his love for the area with us. It’s clear he genuinely wants to create a memorable experience for his guests. For the price, this location can’t be beat! We really felt like we were living in luxury for pennies on the dollar. Don’t hesitate to book before it becomes super popular and is booked out for months. Jeff and his family’s kindness and hospitality made this trip feel extra special, and we couldn’t have asked for a better host. We’re already looking forward to coming back the next time we’re in the area. If you’re looking for a place that feels like a home away from home, this is it. Highly recommend—thank you, Jeff!

We greatly enjoyed our stay here. The home was beautifully furnished and we felt very cozy and comfortable. We loved cooking in the kitchen, watching tv in the living room and going in the hot tub. The location was very convenient to BC mountain. We would love to come back!

Our stay at this mountain retreat was unforgettable! The views of the mountains were stunning, especially with the gorgeous sunrises each morning. The house itself was cozy yet spacious, and the chef’s kitchen was a dream – it had everything we needed to cook amazing meals. Preparing breakfast while looking out at the mountains was a highlight! The property’s friendly barn cats added such a warm, personal touch, and the neighbor horses were a delight to see each day, grazing just beyond the fence. It felt like our own little sanctuary, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The hosts thought of every detail to make us comfortable and were so responsive to any questions. Highly recommend this beautiful retreat for anyone who loves cooking, nature, and incredible views. We’ll definitely be back!
