Close to many services such as: supermarkets, restaurants, bars, ATMs, post offices and pharmacies. A few minutes' walk takes you to the main public transport (bus and train) and highway entrances.

The dock of Villa Sardagna

The Darsena di Villa Sardagna, since 1720 belonging to the noble villa of the same name in Blevio, is a one-of-a-kind open space, made of ancient stone, white wood and glass. It overlooks a splendid panorama characterized by the historic Larian villas, including the Grand Hotel Villa D'Este. It offers a magnificent sunbathing terrace, ideal for romantic sunset aperitifs. It can only accommodate two adults, a private parking space is available a few meters away. There's no TV. Quiet and sunny area, surrounded by greenery with a large garden for guests. 16 km from Lake Lugano, 12 km from Bellinzona and 25 km from Locarno.
