This is a duplex home. Both units A&B are used for AirBnB. Entirely private, no shared spaces. Last home on the street behind a cemetery.

Serenity Place Close to Waco, Magnolia, & Baylor

This is a beautiful studio apartment located in the country with private entry & excellent views. The apartment is down the walkway on the left. We love being hosts and part of the Airbnb family! We are conveniently located about 15 minutes from Magnolia Silos and other points of interest such as the Zoo, Dr. Pepper Museum, Baylor etc. No pets without special permission from host, however there is a $25.00 pet fee because of the extra cleanup. We have a queen size bed &futon for guests.

The apartment is 10 minutes from historic downtown, Baylor University and "Fixer Upper" Silos complex. Easy Exit from Interstate 35 north of the city...Washer and dryer in closet for longer stay!
