Monthly Rentals in Roccafluvione

We stayed at the “Il Selvaggio” apartment for the entire month of August and it was a wonderful experience. The apartment, inside a renovated villa in an enchanting and very evocative setting, is equipped with everything you need for a perfect stay. The house is beautiful, very clean, quiet and with a terrace and a magnificent view. Appliances, mattresses, pillows, bathroom, and furniture are chosen with great taste and functionality. The location also allows you to visit both the south of the Marche and the north of Abruzzo with ease. Supermarkets, ice cream parlors, restaurants are easily accessible. Teresa, her husband and children were very kind: they were very discreet people, but at the same time attentive to our needs and gave us a lot of useful advice. The garden produce was superb: tomatoes and salad with unique flavors. We hope to be able to return in the fall/winter!

The apartment has three floors, the double bedroom is at the very top, where it is easiest to enter the apartment. A narrow spiral staircase below is the clean and spacious bathroom as well as another bedroom with two single bunk beds. On the lowest floor (also accessible via the narrow spiral staircase) is the dining room with table, four (-6) chairs as well as couch and TV and a well-equipped kitchen. From there, you can open a door at the back of the apartment to the sidewalk below the row of houses. On the sidewalk, two chairs have space to sit in the sun and enjoy the beautiful view.

Elena's charming little apartment is located in a beautiful nature reserve. We completely relaxed here. The village of Quintodecimo has been severely affected by the earthquake, but the residents are working hard on the recovery. The hospitality of Elena, her family and also of the people in the village, made us feel welcome. We very much enjoyed our stay.

The accommodation is very nice and clean and Giulia is very kind , she made us find a homemade tart, fruit, water , some food in the fridge and breakfast supplies. The village is about 10 minutes away on foot and about 15 minutes away is a market . There's a restaurant right next door but it's open from Friday to Sunday. To park it has a space in front of the house on a private street, we only had one night , but the place is highly recommended
