Holiday rentals with a patio in Roccamare

We loved staying at Alessio's place. It's even better looking in real life. The views, the space. The little things such as having coffee and a little breakfast ready for you. We enjoyed our stay very much and will be back!

We fell in love with the place. It’s very close to the beach and to all the things you might need - supermarket, delicious pizzeria and small shops. Amazing hospitality, quick responses and overall everything was as it’s described. Hopefully we will come back one day!

I spent a week in Maria's apartment and felt very comfortable there. The apartment matches the description, it is spacious and well laid out. It is very clean and equipped with everything you need, even detergent was available. The location is fantastic if you are looking for a quiet environment. There is a small terrace as well as a large sun terrace with dining table, parasol and deck chairs. The view is beautiful from both terraces (of the sea and the village). There is also another cozy seating area outside. The medieval village is a few minutes' walk away, where there are groceries and several restaurants/bars. Maria welcomed me with open arms, she is very warm and attentive and also really interested in her guests and their well-being. My stay could not have been better and I can fully recommend Maria's apartment and would rent it again.

Would 100% recommend staying here! The place was exactly like described and even more charming in person. I was in contact with Giuliana’s son who is an amazing host! Super proactive and very present to solve the slightest issues. I absolutely loved my stay here, and will for sure be back!

My stay at Barbara's place was wonderful. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. The environment is charming and very quiet. Barbara's house has lots of charm. The sunrise from the balcony is a must. Barbara and Marco were very friendly and helpful. I recommend a relaxing stay.

Chris is a very warm person and shows it. The apartments and the area are very well thought out. Everything arranged with great attention to detail. The natural pool is a force to be reckoned with, it cleans itself by electrolysis (salt). Our skin immediately noticed and thanked us with smoothness. Chris, we would love to come back to your oasis and can hardly imagine Elba without you. Love B+S

A stunning location hosted by the nicest people! Very communicative and gave perfect instructions to get there. Inside the kitchen and bathroom were well equipped. The bed is on the harder side if that suits your preference but plenty of blankets and didn’t even need to touch the heat for a cooler nights. If you are offered a dinner and wine pairing, just say yes immediately. We didn’t know where to set our expectations for that night but it certainly exceeded anything we had in our heads. Overall absolutely fantastic place Sara and Simone have and after you sit outside at sunset you will not want to leave!

We were guests in Mariapia's accommodation for a wonderful week. The information and directions were very helpful. The self-check-in is completely uncomplicated. The apartment as described in the listing very tasteful and clean. The outdoor area is beautifully designed with a spacious garden, where you can have a wonderful breakfast under apricot trees and mistletoe. All in all exactly what we wanted, quietly located and yet in a few minutes to countless entrances to sandy beaches and the sea. Thank you for the wonderful time. I'm sure we'll be back.

Had a great stay at Michele's! The apartment is very newly renovated and has everything you need. We visited during the off-season so we were grateful for the stove providing us warmth in the evenings. Michele was very friendly and helpful, being flexible with our check in and check out times. The apartment is open, except for the bathroom but we made it work just fine. Rio is a nice and quiet little town with a beautiful view and perfect to chill out and relax. Its not far from the ocean either, so with a short drive you will be at the beach. All in all a great place :)

We were guests of Serena and Giulio at the end of May with three teenagers. The apartment is clear and well laid out, each sleeping area has its own bathroom. From the living room and the triple room, you can directly access a very large, partially shaded terrace. Depending on the weather and the sun, you will always find a good place - sun, half shade, shade, wind or wind shadow, there is a corner for everything. On the terrace, there is a spacious dining table and three garden loungers, so everyone can find a spot. If you want to get moving, you can play a round of table tennis. No matter where you sit, inside or outside, on the deck chair or at the table: the view over the well-kept garden to the sea and the opposite hills is unimaginably beautiful. Those who manage to tear themselves away from the view will find cultivated and uncultivated beaches and charming villages on the peninsula. We felt very comfortable! Thank you, Serena and Giulio!

Letizia was already waiting for us at the gate and gave us a warm welcome, she showed us around the house and left a present. Fresh selfmade olive oil and apricot jam! Letizia is a wonderful host and responds very quickly to questions (with W-app). The location is about 10 minutes drive away from the beach and the wonderful inland of Toscane (and lots of restaurants).

We had a wonderful stay in your beautiful home! The area is very quiet and the property is completely fenced, which makes it ideal for our dog. The house is perfectly equipped and very clean. We really enjoyed spending the evenings on the spacious terrace and in the lounge. The free charging station for our electric car was a really generous and practical extra. Francesco and your family were incredibly attentive and friendly. You immediately feel the warm atmosphere and your hospitality. I highly recommend your home and you as a Host. Thank you so much for everything.

Babette and her husband are very nice and friendly. The apartment is very suitable for 2 people, the kitchen is superbly equipped with dishwasher and large fridge. Warm duvets are available for the cooler autumn season! Very nice terrace overgrown with vines. In addition, a small additional terrace at the back with morning sun, ideal for breakfast. The apartment is quietly located, a little off the beaten track, surrounded by vines and olive trees. Therefore, not easy to find. The last stretch of road leads partly through a forest on an unpaved road.

Downstairs bedroom can be damp, dehumidifier must be used and reservoir emptied often (make sure drain plug is secure on back of unit). Had issues with hot water, which impacted the showers/sinks, radiators, and towel warmers. Once reported, Dennis was on top of the problem to get it resolved. He offered compensation or the ability to find another place. The problem was fixed for our stay. We would definitely stay again.

It was just great at Kety's. Everything is right in this apartment. A jewel and bijoux, furnished with a lot of heart and love, is quiet and beautiful with a view of the sea, vineyards and olive fields. It also has many restaurants, shops and celaterias. We will be back and will be sure to recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment whilst visiting Volterra and the surrounding Tuscan countryside. The apartment has a fantastic walk and it is super spacious and clean. The hosts were really helpful and we visited the wine bar and restaurants our lovely hosts suggested which were great. The roof terrace was lush! Definitely recommend

Eleonora was always available and even if we did not meet her in person, we felt well taken care of. We were allowed to enter the apartment long before the actual check-in time, which was very helpful for us. The apartment looks exactly like in the photos. It is modern and at the same time cozy and really wonderfully large. There is an outdoor area that we used for breakfast and dinner in the sun. The area is a quiet residential area, there is free parking in the street. In about 10 minutes on foot, you can reach the city center with many shops, cafes and restaurants.

The apartment is very nice and comfortable. It has a very pleasant outdoor space, our puppy really appreciated it! Jacopo is extremely kind and ready to give any help or information. Our experience is more than positive. The village is well cared for. I hope to be back soon
