An internal staircase leads to the first floor where there is a large and cozy living room with a double sofa bed, TV, dining area and equipped open kitchen. The sleeping area consists of two large and bright bedrooms with a double bed, wardrobe and TV. The house has a bathroom with a newly installed shower, heated towel rack and toilet.
