Waterfront holiday rentals in Roche

Close to the beach, close to the center. Everything is great. Within walking distance. Parking during the season (June-September) is a bit difficult. We were there at the end of May and were still able to park for free. Highly recommend.

The accommodation is in a very nice and quiet area, surrounded by pine trees. It is VERY WELL equipped (I think it is the most complete accommodation I have ever stayed in) and super clean, which is to be appreciated. The beach and restaurant area is a 15-minute walk away and there is a lot of atmosphere.

We enjoyed it very much! The place was exactly as described, there was nothing negative. We will be happy to come back!

Such a beautiful building in the perfect central location. We were able to walk everywhere. The building is very safe and secure. The place itself is immaculate and well thought out. The classic architectural details with modern touches made the space timeless and beautiful.

The apartment is located about 3 km west of the town center. We know the area and we knew that. A car is therefore highly recommended for shopping. The apartment itself is very cozy and has everything you needed. The large bed in the bedroom is 1.40 wide. Challenging for two large people, but cozy. Everything organizational worked out really well.

Francisco is a great landlord. He is always available and helps in all situations. The house is wonderful and very clean. We will definitely come back next year.

We've had a wonderful time as a family. The house is beautiful, with all the amenities and super well equipped, which has made it a fantastic stay. The house is just like the photos and even better in person! Everything is very clean and just a stone's throw from the beach! And with Susana, communication has been super fluid and very close. Owning a property ourselves in the area, which we have a long term let on, we know the area very well, so our expectations were met. The house was spotless, very well laid out, and had ample accommodation for our family party of five. It's location of La Noria is about a 15-minute walk into the centre of Vejer. All in all, we were very happy and would book this house again! Five Stars!

Kike was a great host, to start with super flexible with arrival time, hands off which is great but very responsive if needed, friendly , helpful. The location is fantastic, the flat spacious and easy to go anywhere in Cadiz. I would like to stay again soon!

Tarifa is the the most amazing place, a mix of Spanish and Aussie vibes. Lots of things to do, cafes and restaurants as well as the most amazing beach to walk. Cozy house is amazing views of the beach, and cafes below Hosts where amazing Will definitely head back

Excelent location for daytrips to Jerez, Cadiz, Sanlucar. ( 20min cardrive). Apartment fully equiped, clean and with stunning separate terrace. Communication with the host was outstanding! Highly recommended.

We had an absolutely fantastic week in La Barrosa, made even more special thanks to the wonderful hospitality of Agueda and Carlos. Their home is beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed – including extra touches that made a real difference, especially for our children. The apartment was spotless and well-prepared, with welcome items like breakfast essentials, drinks, and toiletries so we didn’t have to rush out to the supermarket. Agueda gave us a warm, personal welcome and took the time to explain everything, which made settling in effortless. Thank you so much – we would return without a doubt!

Paloma was a magnificent host, very kind and willing to answer all the questions she raised quickly. He favoured our arrival in the face of a last minute unexpected and once there he gave us all kinds of directions to make us feel at home. The accommodation is in a very good area of La Barrosa beach, from where you can see and hear the sea (only one street separates it from the promenade) and has all kinds of services (supermarkets, restaurants, etc.) within walking distance.

The accommodation is quite good, the area is quiet, we were able to enjoy the pool and the apartment. Everything is as Andrés says, who was quite attentive. We asked to leave a little later and after checking that there was no reservation, he did not hesitate to let us leave a few hours later. We definitely recommend Andrés' apartment.
