St Augustine Flat is the best place in town to stay. Unmatched location and space, save $$. Located in the prestigious “Pill Hill” walking distance to all of downtown Rochester, 1 block from St. Marys Hospital (in the background of pic). From St Marys catch the free Mayo Shuttle to other Mayo locations. Beautiful hardwood floors, 1 bedroom with walk-in closet, full bath, Kitchen, Fast WiFi, Smart Tv. THE SPACE IS UPSTAIRS. The stairs are steep with narrow tread! I look forward to hosting you!

This is a Very spacious upper level apartment in a triplex that with steps to access the apartment. It has 2 bedrooms, a sun room/eating area, large living room, bath just updated, large kitchen and a loft upstairs 1225 sq. ft.) . The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessities for making your own meals. All rooms have lots of windows and light. This unit is in the Kutzky Park neighborhood. It is very quiet and safe and only 4 blocks to Mayo and downtown with restaurants and grocery stores.
