Holiday rentals with breakfast in Rochford District

I had a lovely stay and enjoyed some beautiful walks. It was really handy having such a range of breakfast items. There was milk, choice of 2 cereals, bread, butter, jam and yogurts! Bed was very comfy and the studio was very clean. Wifi was excellent which was helpful as I'd taken some work to get done in the evenings. Would recommend to my friends.

Tara’s place is very cosy and it is in the perfect location in Whitstable for a family who wants a bit of comfort and peace from the buzz in the town’s high street. On top of this, Tara is a super friendly and responsive host. We travelled with a couple of kids and our pup and we felt right at home. Thank you for letting us stay at your place!

Lewis was great at communicating and the place was lovely. It is very walkable from the center city. We had a little problem with bees in the place first but it was quickly sorted out. Also thank you for having coffee inside the house!

Simply fantastic - very stylish and spacious accomodation! Superb outdoor space. Great location for Maldon. 2-3 pubs within 5 minute walk and in less than 10 minutes walk to all Maldon has to offer. Located next to the estuary some fantastic walks/runs. Open water swimming if you fancy. Would highly recommend

We were very surprised by the size of the annex as it was much larger than we anticipated. The annex was very well appointed, extremely clean and comfortable. Chris and Linda had equipped the place to a very high standard. It felt very homely. The property is conveniently situated just off M20 in a quiet residential area. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Wonderful cottage, great location near the nature reserve. Really comfy beds and wonderful hosts who looked after us with welcome milk/bread and all the baby cot and highchair set up for our arrival. We’ll come back for sure!

The most wonderful place to stay! Whitstable is the most wonderful place for a trip or holiday and the house is deservedly iconic. Perfectly situated directly on the beach, spacious with beautiful wrap around gardens, it was the most wonderful holiday spot. Katrina and Rupert were wonderful hosts, friendly, accommodating and informative. The house has everything you could want for the perfect, comfortable stay for a family or group. We cannot wait to return already!

A great little cottage in the centre of the village. It was the perfect location for us, visiting family.

Great stay and perfect location for visiting Margate. Towels and bedding were clean and fresh and the apartment was very clean and tidy. As per previous guest reviews, there’s an issue with the water temperature when using the shower but we found a workaround that balanced the temperature out (Hint - use the shower attachment connected to the bath taps and put that in the shower holder, it just about fits. You can control the temperature much better). I had to give Arnold a low mark for communication because I literally never heard from him the entire time leading up to the booking and right through to checkout. Although clear and concise, the only information we had was what was on the booking app. This was enough for us to check in and enjoy our stay but an acknowledgment of messages would have been nice (I hope the lack of response didn’t indicate that he was ill). A lovely, short break in a good location.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, met with friends, easy for taxi drivers to find their way. Enjoyed the walks around the area, Newhall feels you are living in the countryside with all the greenery surrounding the area. Very pleasant area.

Great location for old town and Turner Contemporary. Really nice second floor flat with views of beach. Clean and well appointed. Good bars and restaurants in easy walking distance. Kind of Sally to provide some essential vittles. Parking available close by at the Turner, 2 minutes walk away across the road. Excellent stay.

Was so lovely and beautiful even better than we thought it was going to be, beakfasts and welcome pack and doggy welcome packs were very cute! Would stay here again in a heart beat x

A well equipped small apartment with all the space available used to the best advantage. All you could wish for.

A really beautiful, clean and centrally located apartment. The hosts had thought about every little detail and made such an effort to welcome us. The kitchen had everything imaginable and the courtyard was a delightful place to sit and drink coffee or have a glass of wine. Details such as Sky tv and Alexa meant we could relax in the evening after a busy day out; the perfect base for a short break away. Thank you, Peter and Janet, we had a wonderful time.

It’s so lovely when a host provides a few necessities…Stephen goes above and provides a wealth of items!! We had more bread, cereal, jam, croissants etc than we could use. Plus a bottle of proseco 😊. A really nice place to stay. The throw rugs were appreciated on chilly nights. Great communication.

Wonderful little B&B situated on the island, Victoria was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was particularly delicious (with plenty of options) and watching the ducks and chickens roaming the garden provided great entertainment! Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area.

I had a great stay at Margaret's. I felt very welcomed, the setting was beautiful and the space was ideal. The room set up was great and the extra touches were lovely. I would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family.

Lesley's home was very conveniently located near where our business meetings are as well as all the shops and restaurants that we needed on the 5 days we spent in Chelmsford. Her home is pristine and the room where we stayed is very restful. Lesley is a brilliant host, getting out of her way to provide us with one of the best service we've had in an AirBNB stay and we have been in quite a few. Sonia and her husband we're wonderful hosts who made me feel right at home. The short time I spent with them they we're friendly and accommodating to my dietary requirements. I felt safe and secure, the home was lovely and clean.

When I walked into the house, my first thought was; what in the Jane Austen fantasy did I walk into? The house is phenomenal! Truly an honour to be able to stay here. The room is gorgeous as well, as is the garden. And this is all besides the wonderfully gracious hosts. Kate and Peter are kind and considerate, we felt completely at home. It was a shame we didn’t stay here longer, we would 100% come back, both for the house and the hosts.

It was an absolute delight staying with Maria & Paul, who couldn’t have been friendlier and more welcoming! I felt right at home as soon as I arrived and for the whole month I was there. Maria had even made me a delicious fresh sourdough to welcome me, which was amazing! Maria and Paul are absolutely lovely - we enjoyed a lot of laughter together! - and the room and house were spotlessly clean and comfy. Plus I had many happy Spring-sunshine coffees in the lovely garden, and was even treated to the most exquisite slow-roasted lamb cooked to perfect in their wood-fired oven! A real home from home and I had a very happy month there. 😊 Thank you both - and a very Happy Birthday Maria!!! 🎊🥳🎊 I look forward to staying again :) ❤️

Sonja was a great host! Flexible with check in, kindly let me use her microwave (and didn't bat an eyelid at the curry smells that wafted through her immaculate kitchen) and and it was a pleasure to stay in her lovely home. Comfy bed, tasty breakfast and ample free on street parking, too.
