Mother in law Suite w/private entrance

This is an addition to our home. Your own private entrance into a mother in law set up. Full bedroom with full bathroom. Complete kitchen w/ full fridge, oven, dishwasher. There is cameras on property. Close to sporting venues, golf, hiking and lakes. Queen bed in bedroom. Couch has pull out-suitable for small children. No smoking and no vaping on property . If you do you will pay $300 cleaning fee. We do NOT provide toiletries.We do NOT provide breakfasts. Don’t provide coffee or detergent

Iconic Airstream by the Lake

Enjoy the sounds of nature, views of beautiful Fernan Lake, wildlife (eagles, osprey, deer, elk, our wild yard bunnies etc.) and the feeling of being in the middle of nowhere but only 1.5 miles from I-90. Access to 300 ft. of shoreline (fishing, paddleboarding, kayaking), 5 min drive to downtown CDA, the CDA golf course, the Centennial Trail and 10 min to great running/hiking trails. Only a 40 min drive from Spokane Airport. Brand new fully outfitted Airstream with water and power hooked up.

Mary's Place

Mary's Place is a newly updated non-smoking, no pets property with its own entrance. Suite is attached to home, inside there are several locked doors to main house that gives you complete secure privacy. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. Bedroom has a king size bed and with walk in closet. The living room can be used as an additional sleep space for guests, queen air mattress and linens included. DT Spokane - 15 min. drive Shopping - 5 min. drive Coeur d'Alene - 30 min.

Funky D Barnery

Come enjoy our beautiful private resort nestled next to our vineyard with breathtaking views of the sunset, sipping a glass of wine while taking a soak in the hot tub, or going full on Norwegian in the outdoor cedar sauna and plunge into the pool. Then come back inside, curl up by the wood stove and relax. We have renovated this 1906 barn into a perfect guest suite including all the modern conveniences without losing the rustic elegance of the past. Welcome to the Funky D Ranch.

Cozy Cottage

The guest house is a cozy, modern place perfect for a couple's stay in Spokane. In 2016, we gutted and rebuilt the 550 sq. ft. guest house and insulated it so it is very quiet inside. Kitchen is fully equipped. Close to popular hiking & biking trails, great restaurants, shopping, and the beautiful outdoors, you’ll love both exploring the gorgeous country views, finding the most fantastic sunrises and sunsets as well as settling into a fully-functional kitchen and cozy space.

Lekstuga

Our modern Scandinavian tiny cabin is tucked away on the ridge of our 40 acre estate with an unobstructed view of the snowy peak of Mt. Spokane. Providing an intimate environment, ideal for couples or individuals seeking a restorative retreat, this is the perfect place to slow down and surround yourself in natural beauty while exploring the trails or the many nearby Spokane highlights.

Apartment sleeps 4 w Lake access

This is an apartment unit on the ground floor of our lake home. Lake access is a 30 second walk away! The unit has it's own entrance and there is no access to the main home from the unit. The unit includes a King and twin bed, kitchen with 2 burner stove and refrigerator and a large double vanity bath with a walk in shower, washer, and dryer. 1 block to 1 of 3 nearby golf courses and seconds to the lake this property is perfect for you and your family!

WineDown - Relax with a view! Guest suite

If you want to wind down, WineDown is your place. A relaxing Airbnb, sitting on five wooded acres, tucked in a South Valley neighborhood. The Suite is located in the lower level of our Tuscan Home with a private deck and hot tub. A gated community provides extra security and a private entrance with stairs that lead to a beautiful view of the peaceful pines and wandering wildlife. We are on site during your stay and try to greet guests if we are home.
