Holiday rentals with breakfast in Rockland County

Rick is the most responsive and helpful host I have EVER encountered. He answered all of my questions, sent someone over at 10:30 at night to assist us with an issue (that was completely our fault) and gave us plenty of advice on local attractions. This is also the first place we have stayed where there was coffee provided, cereal, granola bars and fruit cups to get your day started. The place is beautiful and in such a peaceful place. If you have an opportunity to book this, don’t wait!

This was our second time at this Airbnb. The location is perfect . 5 mins from Downtown , 5 mins from the train station and 5 mins from Mount Beacon . The house is perfect for our needs , clean and spacious while remaining cozy . We’ll be back . Thanks Suzanna

Our family stayed here for my son's West Point graduation. This was our second visit and we were thrilled to be back. This house is well taken care of, clean, and relaxing. It's close to the town of Cornwall, grocery stores, etc so you have access to what you need. The hosts are responsive, helpful and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Good space. Great view. Nice to have the front desk for any help. It’s the house at the end of the hotel lot, but feels separate which is nice. Deck could be loud with cars/trains but not really a problem for us. I’d recommend for any group. Plenty of bathrooms and the couches do pullout into beds.

My stay at Meedlen’s was amazing, my whole family has a great time and we absolutely loved all the amenities she offers, the pool was great, the backyard a true oasis, she was always responsive and making sure we felt right at home. This place was very nice. The bus into the city was right there making it so easy to travel back and forth each day. And our host was very responsive whenever we had a question. And the neighborhood felt safe. We walked late night (5 minutes) to Hamilton Park for an amazing view of the NY skyline. Would recommend this place!

Wonderful stay at this peaceful, beautiful lake house. The hosts were great in all communication and prep for our stay. Very accommodating and sincere. Response times were fast and thoughtful. Beautiful home and peaceful, clean lake. Well organized kitchen and very nice bedrooms. Upfront instructions and check out was a super breeze (no pressure to do a ton of chores like other places). Stayed for 1 month and had a good experience. Communicative host. Spacious, well provisioned, and clean accommodation. Great location, walking distance to downtown Montclair and Bay St. train station. Very helpful to have a dedicated parking spot behind the unit. The beautiful park across the street was an added bonus.

The place is beautiful and pleasant, everything very organized and clean, we hope to return on a next trip to Clifton

Dan's home is in a peaceful and private place. Great spot to get away from the "noise" but be within a quick short drive of Beacon or Fishkill, for whatever you need or want to do. The bedroom is a good space that's cozy with windows overlooking nature and a clean comfortable bed. Dan is a kind and considerate person who thinks about details like having a few things in the kitchen for his guests like fresh milk, coffee and even a late night snack if needed. It was a great stay and I would do it again.

Donald is very attentive and wants to ensure your stay is comfortable. It was much appreciated and I would stay again.

My family visited NYC to attend commencement activities. Jude’s place was just right for us in many ways— comfortable beds, spacious living room and kitchen, walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores…. We had a wonderful time. Jude was quick to respond to my messages, even when we encountered a problem in the middle of the night, and of course it was resolved quickly. Would recommend others to stay there.

Omar is very helpful. Responds quickly and is knowledgable about the property. No complaints. We had a 16 people stay there and it served us well!

Beautiful b&b. Delicious breakfast. Historic, charming home. It was peaceful yet walking distance from Main Street and trail heads.

This place was great for our church trip visit. Despite the downstairs neighbors weren’t being very thoughtful for others with all their noise all night long,we all enjoyed and we didn’t have any complaints otherwise. Thanks for hosting us. And I would fully recommend to others

Eleanor was a wonderful and kind host. I had to travel without my husband and I was thrilled to find such a cute, cozy lovely place to stay while on a trip to Warwick. Warwick is spread out but this b&b was central to town and where I needed to go on the other side of town. Breakfast was delicious and Eleanor was kind enough to accommodate my food allergy. The house is charming. I stayed on the second floor in a large private suit. Highly recommend staying here.

My boyfriend and I LOVED our stay here! The land is such a peaceful, calm area to walk around. The room was so cozy with the fireplace and the bed was so comfortable. Denise was so lovely and our breakfast in the morning was incredible! We can't wait to come back and stay a weekend in the summer and/or fall.

Will stay again next time we visit Storm King. Amenities were spot on and we felt very comfortable during our stay.

Stayed here for five days and it was amazing! I felt right at home. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet. Ron was amazing and even let me check in early. I would definitely stay here again!

It was an absolute pleasure to stay here! Bien went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay and provide me breakfast when with an early morning departure. The place was very clean and had no issues. I would definitely stay here again, and Bien was a joy to chat with too!

My boyfriend and I loved staying at Borland House; it was comfortable, charming, and the folks who manage the B&B were very helpful and responsive. It's right in town near several restaurants and shops and the history of the home and period details made for a welcoming and enjoyable stay! Get brunch there on the weekends!

My husband and I came up from Yonkers, NY for Memorial Day weekend. We booked Eleanor's place and could not be more pleased with our decision. The guest suite was exactly as pictured. A nice quiet respite from the day's activities. Eleanor was such a wonderful and friendly host. She made us feel right at "home" from the minute we walked through the door. One of our favorite parts of the stay was the amazingly delicious breakfast Eleanor served us each morning. Eleanor's place was beyond wonderful and if I'm ever in the area there's nowhere else I'd rather stay.

What do I say that hasn't already been said? There's a reason this place gets so highly reviewed, it's because it's AMAZING. As a mom of three, I just wanted to get away with some peace and comfort and I got all that and more. The bedroom was so comfortable and the bathroom is NEXT LEVEL amazing (seriously, I'm not much of a bathroom gal but I could've just spent all day in there). All this and the little things make this place a gem...like the snacks, breakfast and extra comforts in the bedroom (robe, extra towels, etc). I went into NYC everyday and had no problems with public transportation. If you are a solo female traveler I highly recommend you book this, I can't wait to come back one day!!
