Great place to relax! Bruno was great and provided some restaurant recommendations. Check in and out was flexible. Overall we had a great time!

We had a truly wonderful stay at Vasilis’ stone house. Nestled in nature and surrounded by an olive grove, it’s the perfect place to disconnect and relax. Every morning we woke up to the sounds of cicadas, birds and a distant sheep herd, a magical experience. The terrace is sheltered from the wind and even when the weather gets a bit cooler, it’s still warm enough to spend plenty of time outside in the hammocks and deck chairs. The house is beautifully secluded in an area completely untouched by mass tourism, which we really appreciated. Wi-fi still works well if needed. Within a 15–20 minute drive, you’ll find lovely beaches with both sand and stones. The house itself is warm, not damp at all, and we slept comfortably, there were plenty of blankets and towels. When it is very windy outside, some earplugs might be useful, but most nights were very calm. Communication with Vasilis was excellent, he was very reliable, responded quickly, uncomplicated check in/out. Highly recommended!

Book this! Amalen Suites (only 5 for the entire property) is in the perfect spot! Close to everything but at night quiet and extremely secure! My favorite part of my stay was the staff that ran Amalen! Thank you so much Maria, Jakob, Tolis, and Josie!!! Everyone was so so so kind and gave amazing recommendations for my stay. The breakfast served every morning was phenomenal as well!!! Oh and! My all time favorite products are used at this location (Olive Era) so I was able to buy some bottles to take home too. And because I was traveling alone they checked in with me everyday and made sure I was safe during my stay which means a lot! I truly had an amazing time at this hotel and highly highly HIGHLY RECOMMEND for couples that are traveling through Crete. The city in which Amalen is located is large and can be tough to find parking all of the time so I also did love that this was close to many restaurants, shops, IG worthy cute alleys and a 2 minute walk to the ocean. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful villa! The house is truly luxurious, in perfect condition, and tastefully designed with great attention to detail. The layout of the rooms is simply brilliant — spacious, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing and spending quality time together. The heated pool was one of our favorite features — always at the perfect temperature to cool down and unwind at any time of the day. The location couldn’t be better: just a few minutes’ walk to the beach, where you’ll find plenty of great restaurants, cafes, and shops. A very special thank you to our amazing hosts! They were incredibly warm, welcoming, and always just a message away. Every little question or request was answered within minutes — we felt truly taken care of from the very first moment. We can highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a perfect holiday on Crete. We would love to come back anytime! Thank you so much, Eleni&Georgios!

Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft, sehr sauber und Panos ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber! Alles war genau wie beschrieben, die Küche super ausgestattet. Man hört fast immer die Glocken oder das Mähen der Schafe. Die Unterkunft ist etwa 15 Autominuten von der nächsten größeren Straße entfernt, wir waren trotzdem jeden Tag unterwegs. Zum kleinen Triopetrastrand waren es mit dem Auto nur 2 Minuten. Die nächsten Tavernen waren noch nicht offen, aber Panos hatte trotzdem super Empfehlungen für uns.

I highly recommend the apartment of Ginter and Anet to anyone who wants to live in a renovated old Cretan house. The apartment has all the necessary amenities (even more) and from the terrace there is a beautiful view of the beaches of Ligres and Triopetra. Also the village of Kerames where the apartment is located is a typical quiet peaceful and charming place. Local Kafeino is worth recommending where in addition to coffee you can eat typical homemade Cretan food. Once again we recommend the apartment with all our hearts. Best regards Aneta and Tomek 🌞

Einmalig schönes, charmantes Tinyhaus, wunderbar zwischen Johannisbrot- und Olivenbäumen gelegen, schöne Terrasse mit ausreichend Schatten und Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten (wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos zu sehen). Die sehr freundlichen Vermieter wohnen in unmittelbarer Nähe (s.Foto 3). Danke auch an die sehr nette Servicekraft Vicky, die zwischendrin die Wäsche gewechselt hat! Die Nähe zur Loutraki-Bucht ist fantastisch, das Wasser dort kristallklar und herrlich zum Schwimmen geeignet. Interessant für zukünftige Gäste: die in anderen Rezensionen gelobte Taverne ist aktuell (Juni 2025) geschlossen, sehr nahe ist ein Luftwaffenstützpunkt, sodass gelegentlich Düsenjets- auch nachts- fliegen. Insgesamt empfehlenswert!

Logement conforme au photo, vue mer et au calme bercé par le chant des cigales et les troupeaux de moutons au petit jour. 5mn en voiture des plages de triopetra, transat et parasols si vous prenez des collations à la taverne. pensez à faire vos courses avt d arriver ici..aucun commerces sur place.Sinon retour au plus près à Spili.Vent puissant quand il se met a souffler, choisir la plage plus abritée l' autre cote de la colline. Les 2 plages proches sont magnifiques. Nous avons passé 4 jours merveilleux... A recommander
