A little house very close to the beach. If you are looking for tranquility, this is where you have to come. We had a great weekend, the weather was great, the owners of the house were very attentive, we'll be back for sure . thank you.

Exceptionally quiet place in nature with wonderful views from the terrace. Very nice house (everything there) with a high feel-good factor. Great for relaxing! Of course you need a car, but then many things (caves of Sorbas - an exceptional nature experience!) are close by.

The house is very comfortable, with everything you need and well tidy. The terrace is wonderful and the whole house is cozy and comfortable. Exceptional architectural work playing with the glass that provides a very well studied luminosity, on the top floor you have an exceptional view from any angle. Nijar is a beautiful village, I recommend the climb to the Atalaya passing through the old town, you are also half an hour from the best beaches of Cabo de Gata. Peter is very attentive and punctual, he showed us all the details of the house and we had a very nice chat with him. I certainly recommend her place.

What could be more beautiful than silence and sunshine? My daughter replied the moon and the stars... That's it, a return to the source, to simplicity, to the earth, its fruits, its flowers. The house is decorated keeping the soul of the house, nothing is missing, all the little touches are there. This house is a haven of peace. Thanks Karin, we'll be back!

The house is just like the photos, it was clean and very well furnished. We had a fantastic time, it's in a good location to visit Cabo de Gata and different beaches. You can park near the house easily. Juan José was very friendly and helpful at all times. I highly recommend his place.

Beautiful home in a stunning setting, very spacious for 4 adults and pool is just what you need to cool off. Very well stocked kitchen, plenty of cooking pans, spices, oil, coffee and tea etc. We visited the restaurant across the road and had a lovely evening chatting to Pepa who was a great host. Bear in mind there is no menu, we were offered spaghetti bolognese, lamp chops or swordfish. I was worried about the road leading up to the property, it's a bit long and winding but very safe and easy to navigate. Lovely peaceful place for holiday and only 20-30mins drive to the beach. (depending on which beach).

It's been a perfect stay. The house is like being in your own home, with all the amenities, very complete and with many details... and the shower with plenty of hot water. There were even night lights in the children's room. Next to the beach. 100% recommended. We'll be back, for sure.

Excellent solution for spending a few days by the sea. Comfortable and spacious apartment and also very quiet. Luis is available and responsive at all hours. Highly recommended!

Beautiful apartment, quite new and clean. Location on the outskirts but very quiet. The only thing is that there are some stairs to access. The rest is wonderful.

This apartment was fantastic and it felt like a home away from home. The location cannot be beat and everything is clean and today and everything as advertised.

Highly recommended accommodation, my girlfriend and I had a perfect weekend in this accommodation. The area is very beautiful, surrounded by magnificent beaches and leisure just a few minutes away by car. Perfect for a getaway for those looking for tranquility, privacy and options to visit very interesting sites. Both Thais and her family have been very nice and helpful to make our stay as good as possible. 10/10

The apartment is exactly as the pictures promise! Great sea view, everything very clean and everything you need is there. We had a great time there and Pablo is a good host who makes sure you have everything you need!

We enjoyed a great time in this well kept and comfortable apartment. Very comfortable bed, with nice bed linen and good quality fluffy towels. We had sole use of the pool and deck area, with sun loungers, seating and parasol shade. Beautiful, quiet location with stunning backdrop of mountains and Mojacar village. Long stretches of beach with easy parking the whole way along the coast. Lots of restaurants, bars and shops, everything you could want for a really lovely stay in this stunning town.

Everything great. Nice stay in a beautiful apartment. The views are unbelievable. Super sow of Almeria and Aguadulce to make plans in both. We recommend 100%.

This is def a great spot. Very comfortable for solo/couple trips. I had such a nice time there. Def will be back.

I can only have good words for this accommodation and for Miguel (and his sister☺️ for welcoming us as a family). Our stay was perfect. If you needed anything, you found it in the apartment. I have never stayed anywhere like this, with so much detail and care, you can tell that you are not just another guest ♥️ The location is perfect and having a coffee on its terrace is priceless. We spent some amazing days in Carmen's apartment!!! On the beachfront with all the amenities possible . The beautiful black village, we are in love ! We'll be back for sure ! Thank you Carmen for being always available for us to need it.

House had everything we needed for our 6 week stay. Cooking facilities, comfortable bed and hot shower. Large roof terrace. Very interesting village with beautiful beaches nearby. Great area for cycling ( on and off road ) also for hiking First visit to this part of Spain and will definitely return. Eli was perfect host and was always available if we had any questions

I 100% recommend Maria Victoria's house. It is very well located and in a quiet environment that invites you to rest. The house has been recently refurbished (this is already personal but we loved the “style” and decor of the floor and certain elements such as ceilings with beams) and is fully equipped, which also makes it ideal for long stays. Communication with Maria Victoria both before and during the stay has been very good, we also found it to be a very detailed and attentive host since on the day of arrival we find some welcome details that we highly appreciated. A very positive experience from start to finish!

Perfect stay. Both description and photos fit the reality in full. Quiet area, easy to park, close to many places. Clean apartment, with everything you need to spend a few days, furniture in very good condition, comfortable bed, fantastic shower, pressurized water, and with gel and shampoo. In general, a very cozy apartment, in a fantastic area. unbeatable value for money. I have already recommended it to several friends and if I go back to Gata, we will repeat. Delighted. As described - it really is breathtaking. Angela and Julian were incredibly helfpul and responsive. We had a few minor issues that were quickly resolved. The not-functioning ceiling fan in one of the upstairs bedrooms could be inconvenient in hotter temperatures. We were thrilled to be able to stay in this house.
