The accommodation was perfect. The apartment is identical to the images. Functional and super cozy. Great for those looking for a quiet space at the same time close to restaurants and the Metro. 24-hour concierge with friendly and supportive staff. I highly recommend it.

The place is as advertised, organized, great for two people. The kitchen is complete for meal preparation if necessary. Great gas-heated shower. Receptive and attentive host. The pillows that were to be desired were the pillows, without any support. Another point, to the high standard that the apartment offers in the descriptions, are the cheap plastic drains, completely stranded, and could notice hair/hair coiled inside them, in the bathroom. The towels had an extremely strong smell of bleach. This is not a problem, but if you own a very large car, or have difficulty maneuvering, the garage can be a challenge.

Anyone looking for a cost-effective space in the Vila Olímpia region will not regret it. Studio organized, clean and consistent with what is offered in the listing! Very kind and friendly host. I'll be back even more often!

My stay in this wonderful home at Granja Viana was simply perfect!!! From the moment we arrived at the house everything was impeccable to welcome us. The house is modern and very well-equipped, with large and comfortable rooms that ensured a quiet and relaxing stay, not to mention that it had a super cozy atmosphere. The pool is one of the highlights. With a spectacular view of the lake and a beautiful sunset, it was the ideal place to relax and enjoy with family and friends. Wi-Fi works very well and is super fast, allowing us to make our home office smoothly. For those who are looking for a hosting experience that combines comfort, beauty and exclusivity, this home on Granja Viana is certainly the right choice. Can't wait to go back!

In Copacabana, we gathered together to make a pizza night with Lady Gaga movies + show in Copacabana. Upon arriving at the site we were positively surprised, as the TV and the living room are even bigger than they appear to be in the photos. The atmosphere is comfortable, spacious. We also like the outdoor area very much, we intend to return in the future.

I just missed an electric coffee maker. Otherwise, everything is perfect. Ilsa

Daniel was a great host, very attentive. He made a point of explaining everything in the house, which was very helpful. And the pets are very friendly!! I'll definitely be back next time.

I stayed 2 nights to do a training at Senai, which is 2km away. It made my life a lot easier, because I was able to stay practically at home. The place is very cozy and has some facilities such as: passwords on all doors, which is easy to access, several bathrooms, outdoor area to get some air and a shop, with very good prices, which saved me on one of the nights. Voltaria for sure.

Super recommend, would stay again. Limpo, easy access to enter the very friendly gatekeepers. Mini market in front. Very close to the Estadão cafeteria also from a street full of restaurants including the well-known Famiglia Macini Tratoria all this very close by.

The condominium is also very cool and all the spaces work well, I liked the study room, very good to work there. For Elvis, they were super attentive and whenever necessary responded quickly.
