Monthly Rentals in Rodmell

We stayed for 3 nights visiting family in Brighton, we booked super last minute as unfortunately we were told the day before traveling that our accommodation had been double booked. As we were traveling with our 4 month old baby, I sent a message to Fiona to check that she could accommodate a baby and she was fast to reply are always so helpful. Accommodation has everything you need for a short break and Fiona even provided a Cot and Baby bath for us which was lovely! Spotlessly clean, spacious and modern! Would highly recommend 😊

An easy 13 mins walk from Lewes Station via Southover High St, this was a great place to chill and feel rested, and have the flexibility to do our own cooking the first night we arrived. Ruth and her husband looked after us and made us feel welcome. Recommend the 15 mins walk along Rotten Row to the town centre: you catch a glimpse of views of the south downs on your way. Looking forward to returning next month!

The garden is beautiful and very tranquil and the accommodation is very walkable from the South Downs Way - it would make a great stop off point. The accommodation was just as described with a very comfortable bed! Only one thing to note - it is in the basement of a large house and footsteps from above are audible. Only one person lives upstairs so any problems might depend on how sensitive you are to noise. Apart from this, it's a very quiet, peaceful location.

Had a wonderful stay at Diana's place in Rodmell with my wife and parents. The cottage is cosy and quiet and clean, and the location was really convenient for us to drive to where we needed to be. Was also surprised at how good the transport was given the location. and the walking was great. South downs way just up the hill. We'll probably be back again next year. thanks Diana.
