The listed price includes the 2-bedroom/1-bath main house. For larger families or groups, the additional 2-bedroom/1-bath annex can be added for a total of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Beautiful beach and hot water are 20 minutes away. La Bufadora is 30 minutes away. Las Cañadas is 18 minutes away. Taquerias and supermarkets are less than 10 minutes away. Quiet area security camera with light and alert sounds. The property has no fence, only a small fence. The apartment is on the second floor. Parking for 4 cars. The last 6 blocks are dirt roads. In the rainy season there is mud but it can be accessed without problems

In rainy weather there may be mud and yet the access is in good condition.
