It has two private terraces for relaxing and reading or catching some sun. It has newly refurbished light, modern and airy living space with a sofa bed as well as a separate double bedroom. The kitchen is fully fitted with all new appliances including a dishwasher and coffee maker.

Casita Abanilla is located on our 4000m2 property. The casita is adjacent to an orchard with various fruit trees: oranges, grapefruit, mandarin, pomegranate. The casita has a fully equipped kitchen. The windows are equipped with screens and shutters. The casita is about 80 meters from the main house, so there is plenty of privacy. Peace and space are paramount. From the casita, you can look out over the mountains around Abanilla. And you can fully enjoy the view.
