Private basement with two beds, couch, memory foam cot or air mattress (upon request), full bathroom, washer/dryer, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, snacks, mini fridge (no freezer), table, WiFi, and a TV (Roku and antenna). We will be upstairs during your stay. We are not loud but you may be able to hear us walk around upstairs. There is a walkout door to backyard. You will be able to park in the driveway. Walkway to gate located on east side of house. Walkway to backyard is well lit.

Great, safe location. Donna’s place was very clean and smelled great. She is very quick to respond and easy to communicate with. Stayed during a heat wave so unfortunately did not get to enjoy the beautiful back yard much but it is a definite perk to the property!

Very spacious living room and bathroom. Simple furnishings, but has the things you need. It is a downstairs unit, so there is some noise from upstairs tenants but there’s a fan and space heater provided in the bedroom that are good white noise for sleeping.

Don and Chris were so incredibly welcoming! I immediately felt comfortable, which doesn’t sound like a lot but it was my first time staying at an Airbnb alone so it was important to me that I felt safe. Don gave me a thorough tour and the space is even better than described! They even provided so many extra amenities and drinks and snacks, which I of course don’t expect, but am very grateful for! They also helped me treat my allergies, and I couldn’t be more appreciative!! They will literally go above and beyond to make you feel at home and truly enjoy your trip. Bonus: their dogs (Casper and Cooper) are the cutest/sweetest! I’m already missing them🥺 will definitely return. 100% book if their space is available!

Jennifer's place was perfect for our stay to see our daughter's graduation from Kansas City Art Institute. We needed at least 2 bedrooms for our group of 4. Having the den with the futon was a bonus because it gave our son and my brother-in-law their own rooms. The house was very nice and clean - looked just like the pictures. The beds were super comfy. Jennifer goes above and beyond with a basket of snacks in the kitchen and another basket of bathroom supplies, like toothbrushes, razors, shaving cream, etc., in case you forget anything. There were also plenty of board and card games, which we actually took advantage of with a raging game of Monopoly our first night. I was a little worried when we arrived, because the house was located on a corner of what seemed to be a busy street, but it had less traffic than I expected and we never heard a sound from the outside. Location was perfect for us - about 15 minutes from campus and Westport and even closer to The Plaza & other shopping.
