Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Roëzé-sur-Sarthe

What a lovely find! Stayed here for the week of Le Mans 24H and this little place was so wonderfully peaceful and comfortable. The host was very friendly and extremely quick to reply when I had a question. The amenities were perfect and the town was sweet. Not too far a walk to the closest bus stop to get into town (about half a mile), which was a great bonus!

The house was very nice and all the shops are within walking distance. It was quiet in the evening. There was really everything you needed on site!

we have the opportunity to stay at Christelle's place over 3 days and everything was perfect, the communication was quick, clear the place was spotless, with everything you need. came by motorbike, we were able to house it in the courtyard on the porch we recommend it without a problem and we'll keep the contact details for next time thank you Christelle 😄

This is the second time we've been to Gérard's. It's a quiet and perfect place to spend time with family or friends. Thank you Gérard for making coffee, tea and oil available to us. There was also a bottle of rosé wine as a welcome gift. The bikes were very useful. We enjoyed the petanque court, foosball, pool and ping-pong. Many thanks for your hospitality, Josiane. We will definitely be back.

Charlotte and Thomas have a perfect and comfortable space for two people. The apartment is well decorated, well equipped and very quiet. Everything was perfectly arranged, with care and good taste. Communication with the couple is quick, easy and efficient. I'm Brazilian and we're very detailed. I asked a million questions and all of them were answered to my satisfaction. We spent a weekend at Sabrina's for the 24h of Le Mans. We were pleasantly surprised, on the one hand by the environment and the calm of the building as well as the cleanliness of the accommodation. I had a great time at Mathilde's apartment. It is a real cocoon combining comfort, practicality and serenity. Bright, spacious and tastefully decorated, it is even more charming in reality than in the photo 😊 It feels really good... like home. The bedding is super comfortable and the linen is good quality. Mathilde is an available and responsive host. I had a soothing and warm experience. I would recommend it in a second.
