A place where everyone seems to feel good, with sunny days in the large south-facing garden, or near the large fireplace in winter. 2 cozy bedrooms on the 1st floor (1 with double bed and 1 with 2 single beds), and downstairs, after the large living/dining room of 50 m2, a small office with 1 single bed and a large fully-equipped kitchen full of light. Newly renovated, this former country house with all the comforts of 60 m² welcomes you for your getaways, vacations in the countryside, retreat and teleworking in the countryside or work in the region. Le Cocon offers two comfortable bedrooms, a living room-kitchen open to a green terrace and overlooking the Parc des Fontaines, consisting of a rose garden, a plant maze, a pond and forests.

In a small independent house, on our 2 ha property, you can enjoy our beautiful garden as well as the view of the countryside while being in your little cocoon. We fell in love with Perche and renovated this little piece of heaven: La Grande Maison for us and La Petite Maison for our guests... so that you too can experience the Perche Effect!

Located in a small village between Tours and Le Mans, the Tiny house sits at the top of a hill, surrounded by greenery where our two ewes graze. Let yourself be surprised by the calm of the forest. You'll be able to see the stars from your bed and relax in the jacuzzi. Enjoy an unforgettable stay hiking in the vineyards, around the lake or browsing through castles, gardens and museums. Tiny heated in winter and air-conditioned in summer.

Welcome to Nuits de la Forêt. Enjoy the tranquility and change of scenery of a stay in a luxury cottage bordered by a pond, on the edge of the forest. Not far from Le Mans, enjoy the calm, the rhythm of each season for a rejuvenating experience. From the private parking lot, you will cross the gardens where I grow aromatic plants and edible flowers to produce tasty herbal teas and herbs that you can find on my site.

Treehouse in the Perche Normandy

The treehouse of the Perche is built around the trunk of a centuries old sweet chestnut tree on the edge of a big hill. It sits in the middle of our nature reserve which covers 25 acres and gives stupendous views over the valleys and forests of the Perche. Comfortable in all seasons with bathroom and kitchen, we can welcome up to 5 guests. 2 big terrasses allow you to spread out, cook outside, read and nature watch.
