Hagland Havhytter consists of 2 cabins and is located north of the town of Haugesund (15 minutes drive) on the west coast of Norway. The cottages are about 100 meters from each other. Haugesund is located between Stavanger to the south (2 hours drive) and Bergen to the north (3 hours drive). From the cottage you have stunning views over rough, untouched nature with heather heaths, swab mountains and open sea. Treat yourself to a stay full of impressions and experiences with complete tranquility and quiet in a cabin of high comfort. Here you will find peace of mind and body.

Knausen - summer and winter cabin

Knausen is located in the countryside on peaceful Østhusvik with sea views, walking distance to the swimming area, shop, hiking areas, boat harbor, Rennesøyhodnet, etc. There is outdoor area around the entire cabin where you can play ball games and activities or sit down on one of the terraces. In the living room there is air conditioning, wood-burning stove, sofa, armchairs and dining area. Fully equipped kitchen Bathroom with shower, toilet and sauna. 3 bedrooms. Parking for 2 cars. Lovely classic architect-designed mountain cabin located in great high mountain terrain on Breiborg. The cabin has its own annex with a sauna and otherwise contains an open kitchen solution and a good ceiling height, one bedroom, loft, toilet room and storage room. The architecture used in the cabin lets in a lot of light and nature through nicely placed windows. The cabin is tastefully decorated and has a well-equipped kitchen for cooking and pleasant meals. Great hiking terrain right out the door from the cabin.

Unique Tiny House with Panoramic Views - "Fjordbris"

Welcome to Fjordbris! Here you can get an overnight stay in the scenic area of Dirdal with an unforgettable view. With only a few meters to the fjord, an almost has the experience of sleeping in the water. All amenities are available either in the tiny house or in the basement of the shop Dirdalstraen Gardsutsalg nearby. The farm sale was voted Norway's best farm shop in 2023 and is a small attraction in itself. Right next door you will find a sauna that can be booked with equally good views.

Enjoy a relaxing holiday with the whole family in our modern, high-standard cabin! This is our family cabin, which we use as often as we can, but we’re happy to share it when we’re not there. The cabin is spacious at 150 m², with four bedrooms and sleeping space for up to 11 guests—perfect for two families traveling together. In addition, a luxurious sauna with panoramic fjord and mountain views is scheduled for completion by spring/summer 2026. We hope you’ll enjoy it as much as we do!

Ski lift with possibility for cross country skiing and sling in Svandalen and Gullingen (45 mins. drive). New swimming facility at Sand, Suldal Bad (about 30 mins. drive). BBQ in the garden. Large and good bathroom. This is rural life. Light the fire and play a game in the evening. Possible to rent wood-fired sauna.
