In addition, one of the largest burial grounds in the county is located here. There is a vibrant birdlife along the lake. Great conditions for surfing and kiting. There is a short distance to stores. You can use the Jacuzzi, which is located in the neighboring yard.

Welcome to our modern 4-story villa located in 15-20 min walking distance to Stavanger city centre. The villa, which is 250 sqm, is originally built in 1935 and is part of the historic wooden house development in Stavanger. Our villa is fully renovated in 2021, so it has all modern amenities. In our villa you stay close to the city centre but still in a quiet area. We have a six year old daughther, and a three -year old boy, so there is child-equipment and toys available.

The vacation home was newly renovated in April 2026. Well-equipped kitchen with most of what you might need for cooking. You will have access to your own equipment for use in the games room (pool table, darts, ping pong, and mini golf). Upon request, we have ball for sand volleyball and football. Here everything is set for you to thrive! Please note: The pool is only open and heated between May 15 and September 15.
