Der 9x 5 m große Indoorpool lädt mit 26 Grad Wassertemperatur im Winter , wie im Sommer ein. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und hat einen Balkon mit Süd-Ost Ausrichtung. Der nicht überlaufende Strand ist fußläufig über einen Wanderweg durch die schöne Natur zu erreichen ( ca 800m).
