Monthly Rentals in Roggiano

Marco is an amazing host, his appartement is in the middle of nature and it is truly peaceful there. Marco also helped us with our car trouble which we are thankfull for. Also great to have the opportunity to try some Qi Gong classes, very intresting!

Everything was exactly as described - very nice and open communication with Stefano. Check-in possible without problems, accommodation also great. Bathroom completely renovated, very chic. Also parking directly in front of the house very pleasant - and by the way also necessary, without a car you will have problems to get there and away, but this is not to be blamed on the accommodation. Overall, very satisfied!

Very nice apartment, even more than in the photos. Pretty new with fine finishes. Equipped with everything you need and in a very quiet location. The internal parking was very much appreciated, especially for us who were traveling by motorcycle. Mario and his wife are very helpful, polite and also nice people who never hurt. The accommodation is really like in the photos. Even in the dark, the apartment on the first floor was really easy to find, thanks to the good directions at check-in. The bathroom is small, but chic and quickly ventilated thanks to the small window. The kitchen is small but nice and even had sharp knives and good pans/pots. The main room with the bed with a view was of course the highlight next to the balcony. There you can marvel at fantastic sunsets. The balcony was in the shade during the day and so you could stay there comfortably. The parking lot was easy to find at the end of the street after mastering the sporty road typical of Lake Maggiore. The communal pool was pleasantly large for cooling off.
