Holiday houses in Rogočana

We had a wonderful time at Villa Botanica. The house and the surrounding garden is very beautiful. You can definitly see and feel the love Piero and his family have for this place. It is indeed a little paradise.

We had a wonderful stay in this villa. Ingrid was so welcoming and responded almost instantly with any recommendations. What a wonderful host. The house was stunning, so much so it was difficult to get my teenage kids to go out during our stay. It was very peaceful and private and so so relaxing. Within a 15 minute walk is a lovely hill top town with restaurants and a lovely cafe bar. It wasn’t too touristy and it had a lovely atmosphere. A perfect stay and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this villa. You won’t regret it.

Fantastic, beautiful place. Lovely stay. I wish we had stayed longer. Large grocery stores nearby. Short drive to the charming village of Labin. We also drove to Rovinj (wonderful) and Pula. We felt the location was good as it was easy to see the sites of Istria. Highly recommended. Hope to return some day.

We’ve stayed here during our 2 week long holiday and absolutely loved our time here. Upon arrival Elma and her husband were there to greet us and show us around the house. The house was really clean and has everything you need. From the kitchenware to the bathrooms, all the necessities are there, including a washing machine. The bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, something you really need during the warmer months. Something else you need during those warm months: the spacious pool. Once again very clean and after a week they even came around to clean the pool again. The location of the house is convenient. Roughly an hour from Rovinj, Pula and Porec and just a 20 min drive to the beaches of Rabac. The communication with Elma was also top notch. Very quick and helpful responses in a very kind and warm manner. Would defenitely recommend staying here; 5/5 stars!

Nous avons adoré séjourner chez les parents d’Andrej. Ils ont été très accueillants et bienveillants. En plus, ils nous ont offert de la confiture de leur jardin. 😊 Je recommande fortement, le logement est super bien. Nous avons très apprécié profiter de la petite terrasse pour manger.

Es war alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Unterkunft war schön eingerichtet. Die Küche ist groß und gut ausgestattet. Um die Insel zu erkunden braucht man ein Auto.

Daniela und Korado haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen und uns zuerst eine Führung durch das Anwesen gegeben. Die gesamte Kommunikation war sehr freundlich, unkompliziert und schnell. Alles entsprach der Beschreibung und die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist einfach großartig; der große Pool war nicht nur erfrischend, sondern man konnte auch sehr gut darin schwimmen. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der Unterkunft und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir können das Haus und Daniela sowie Korado als Gastgeber sehr empfehlen.

Alloggio situato nella parte alta di Rabac quindi se non amate camminare vi consiglio di utilizzare l’auto….io per esigenza la utilizzavo avendo una bimba piccola…alloggio impeccabile con stupenda vista mare! Ma voglio spendere due parole per ANA host dell’appartamento (non proprietaria ma agenzia Touristico) una persona veramente eccezionale mi è capitato di doverla contattare in più occasioni (anche di domenica) per delle questioni di carattere personale più che di questioni relative all alloggio ed è sempre stata precisa e reattiva oltre che molto disponibile e questo per me è stato molto importante….per il resto vacanza eccezionale essendoci già stato l’anno scorso ero sicuro di ciò che seglievo ed ovviamente che sceglierò l’anno prossimo
